The Holy Ghost provided me with this Bible verse in Scripture. Deuteronomy means the second law, as Moses wrote this book at the end of fhis life, as his rebellion against God at the bitter waters, afforded a penalty from God that Moses would not enter the Promised Land. Only Joshua and Caleb who remained faithful in the Exodus and wilderness years, were the only children of Israel who entered the Promised Land.
In that understanding of the disappointment in Moses that he could look that Promised Land from a mountain top, but never enter there, is a bitterness and a quiet acceptance of the Will of God. It is in this that Moses, Inspired by the Holy Ghost taught in his waning life the new generation who were about to enter the Promised Land, this reminder.
Moses is telling these people God is Faithful to those who are Faithful to Him, to a thousand generations, or for all time.
Deuterononmy 7:9
Know therefore that the LORD thy God, He is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations;
There is more meaning to the above than the words can convey. If one researches the Hebrew, the context of the meaning of Faithful is revealed, and in understanding that this is the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost, conveys the entirety of this teaching in this is God Who Will accomplish this Promise.

This is a more close meaning to the above.
To believe with all of your heart, mind and strength, that you address God by His Name of Jehovah, and He is your God, in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost in the Authority Who always finds in your favor. God supports you in every part of this life and God builds a wall around you to protect everyone who is devoted to God and detests all evil, showing their affection for Him by obeying Him and observing His Commandments attentively, for the life God has given you, and will give all of your children and children's children.
That is a more amplified rendition of the Word of God which the Holy Ghost Inspired Moses to teach the children of the People which God had him lead from slavery in Egypt. Those who are devoted to God will realize a God manifesting in all aspects of the life He gives Who is devoted to them in every detail.
It is a reality that if God is not devoted to you, then you are not devoted to God, and have placed other people, things, desires ahead of God.
Place God first every time, in every thought and every situation, and you will have manifest a God Who favors you and finds always in your favor.
