Actually I discovered this French article which sheds a bit of light on the illuminated Sebastian Kurz. The Frog are always looking to get in on the big kraut's game as players, but the article points us in the direction of where Sebastian Kurz has already gone.
To explain the article, it basically says that as Europeans claim they are going green, all they have done is create a new centralized industry of biodegradable plastics. Plastics come from hydrocarbons, same stuff which is pronounced to be death to the world.
What has been created is a mandated production billed to consumers, and sold by only a few conglomerates, and guess which conglomerate leads the way?
