When the acting Secretary of the Army, Mark Esper, leaks classified information that the United States has a portable, super cannon with a 1000 nautical mile reach, and it's target is China, the administration of President Donald Trump has begun World War IV, as every dreadnaught is designed to produce a war while it still is of advantage.
While being a non nuclear weapon, it follows in the long line of German super weapons beginning with the Kaiser Cannon of World War I and der Fuhrer's V series of rockets.

That gun was the genius of a Canadian, Gerald Bull, who innovated an air cannon, built upon the early American designs of Naval Cannons in the Spanish American War of firing shells.
Bull who was murdered by the Jewish Mossad, had an innovative design of using compressed jets of air, which slowly accelerated huge payloads to immense speeds. The Bull Design should have been used to launch payloads into outerspace as the design would have been of low gravitational thrust and could put immense payloads into orbit cheaply and accurately.
The Esper Gun though is gleaned to be something more than a compressed gun.
Esper, said that the supergun could sit in a “gun pit” on the edge of the South China Sea and blast targets as far as 1,150 miles away. According to the secretary, the gun could destroy Chinese warships and military targets on islands across the South China Sea, destroying air defense sites, radar installations, anti-ship missiles and even air bases. The destruction of these facilities in wartime would allow U.S. air, naval, and ground forces to enter the area and wrestle it away from China.
It is deduced that the super gun is based upon magnetic propulsion, as particle guns have become a norm in the DARPA designs, as much as the US Navy has produced a magnetic catapult to launch jets off of carriers.
This design is one which carries an immense pounds per square inch thrust. Meaning this is not a massive payload but a hypersonic payload launched, and it has JDAM or independent flying and maneuvering capabilities. In short, this is the teflon rods design of space launched weapons at high speed, aided by earth gravity to amplify the effect.....in short it turns a piece of metal into a meteor, which has the effect of striking like a hydrogen bomb on impact without the nuclear pollution.
We still know very little about the Army’s new cannon, other than that it is portable and is anticipated to have a range of 1,000 nautical miles, or 1,150 miles. We don’t know how it propels projectiles, how often it can fire, and how large the projectiles are. We know it is “portable,” but that is a very relative term. One more hint from Esper’s comments: whatever the gun is, it can hit moving targets; as the secretary says, it can hit ships of the Chinese fleet. Here’s hoping the Army tells us more soon.
This gun has the properties of being a Chicom island killer. The Chinese have been busy building islands on reefs to extend their power into the China Sea. A super gun of this type could cause enough earthquake damage or a water thrust tidal wave to wipe out such installations in minutes.
As stated this weapon, is non nuclear so it is not regulated by treaty. It is an atomic bomb without the bomb, but produces an immense shock wave.
The reasoning for the direct mention of the Chinese theater of war is simple. Inform Russia that it's forces will be targeted if it joins China. The super gun negates the Chinese projection of power through air bases and naval presence. The same situation would evolve in Europe mainland. It would be a result of superguns firing at troop movements, nuclear bases, military bases in wiping them out with immense power, and leaving the Russians and Chinese with only the use of nuclear weapons, which would bring nuclear retaliation.
In the map below with super guns stationed in South Korea and the Philippines, the most productive areas of China would be destroyed. For Russia, her most productive areas would be destroyed by super guns in Finland and Romania.
As stated this leak was deliberate and it is the first American salvo into World War IV, as FDR's Flying Tigers in China against Japan or US destroyers escorting British shipping from the Nazi Germans.
The US Navy is now vulnerable to the Chinese Navy due to Bush, Clinton and Obama. The US Army will now be employed to pull the dragon's teeth with a message that the Russian bear will be quartered in her own den.
Vulnerabilities will now be exploited as the United States returns to non technical blunt force trauma to pummel immense hordes of Asians for the land of US forces for further inland strikes.
The United States has been checked in nuclear advances by Russia, and has now returned to mega conventional stocks in order to defeat their enemies at long range military doctrine combat in a JDAM SCRAMBLER.
This is the battleship, the submarine, the torpedo, the tank, the atomic bomb, in the doomsday weapon, which will change the order of battle according to German tactics of it's wars in the most effective front is the long range weapon, not engaged against enemy combatants, but their support behind the lines in virgin territory.
