From legalizing murdering babies in the womb, America is on a wholesale obliteration of Christian protections for people. One which is not noticed is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania moving to open hunting on Sunday. In reading comments from sportsmen there lamenting that kids play other sports and that their kids ask why they can't hunt on Sunday, it saddens me of the Godless and the ignorance of Americans in throwing God away and His Laws.
Pennsylvania: Senate Committee Passes Sunday Hunting Ban Repeal
Today, the Senate Game and Fisheries Committee passed pro-hunting legislation, Senate Bill 147, by an 8 to 3 vote. SB 147 now heads to the Senate floor for further consideration. Please contact your state Senator and strongly urge them to SUPPORT Senate Bill 147 when it comes up for a vote.
Senate Bill 147, sponsored by Senator Daniel Laughlin, would expand hunting opportunities for Pennsylvania hunters by eliminating the prohibition against hunting on Sundays. Prohibitions on Sunday hunting are old blue laws left on the books in just a few states. They deny hunters access one day per week despite the fact that each year, hunters pump millions of dollars into habitat restoration and conservation through Pittman-Robertson funds.
Many hunters are prevented from introducing their children or friends to hunting because they are competing against organized sports and other activities on Saturday, which is currently their only opportunity to hunt outside of the work or school week. Countless hunters stop hunting because of the lack of opportunity, both in time and accessible land. The addition of an extra day in the field, especially on the weekend, increases the opportunity to enjoy our hunting heritage. Allowing hunting on Sundays will invigorate essential hunter recruitment and retention efforts.
The Sabbath, no matter Saturday or Sunday was instituted by God as a day of rest, so people would be able to recover from 6 days of work, recover from life, have time to associate with God in Spirit, and not end up dying from having no respite from what is life.
Animals were afforded the same rest one day a week. It was a reality if you could not till a field, then the animal got the day off, and if you could not go hunting, fishing or trapping, then the animals got the day off too.
For wildlife, it is the harsh season of the rut, migration before winter. A day of rest of wildlife was as vital to their recovery as any Quaker. That is what is missing in the ignorance of these overthrowers of laws. Laws are on the books to keep ignorant people from destroying themselves when they do not have a parent with any sense. My dad was someone who had sense and first infused in me the need for animals to not be hunted all the time and for them to have time to recover. We lived in a state which allowed hunting on Sunday, but with a parent of reason, I learned to govern myself.
Would it be such a bad thing if all of these sports from football to whatever be stopped on Sunday? Is not a day of being unplugged from this horrid world be such a bad thing? I am not talking about Pharisee stock police who throw people into the rack for doing things, but would it not be a good thing for Americans and the people of the world to just awaken some common sense of not endlessly running away from themselves 24 hours a day 7 days a week, in trying to common suicide by exhaustion?
This world has not changed for the better. Would not a picnic on Sunday be a much more wholesome time together than screaming at a football game or out stomping in the woods? For those who say that this is the only time they have to relax, maybe that needs fixing in this FDR work week where women are now forced to labor for people to survive and more to the point, the regime needs to create entitlements to keep this shattered debtor system operating to exterminate the populace.
I was thinking about that today as it costs now 1200 dollars for home to have electricity for a year. It was not that long ago that 1200 dollars was what a person earned for a year to live on. It is this endless working people to death and this endless running yourselves to death which is the violation of God's Command which defines people as God's or anti God.
It should be something which should be covered all through the right wing media in the shattering of the last Remember the Sabbath Commandment, as they focus on Thou shalt not abort, when the fact is if people had remembered God, they would not have laws now exterminating babies out of the womb.
