A Matter of Constitutional Trump

Oh Barry, of course I had no problem with your helping fund Iranian nuclear terrorism, Syrian
terrorism, Libyan terrorism.......

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

 After reading another stick up her ass assessment from former Sec. Condi Rice that she was troubled by President Donald Trump in what he said to a foreign President in Ukraine, Rice, as should Adam Schiff and all these other Coup Crocs should read the Constitution as to what exactly, EXACTLY, are the limits the Constitution places on the President, and what authority the Constitution provides the President or some Birther like Obama who usurped the office and whispered sweet "flexible" promises to Russian leaders, once Obama stole a second term.

The following is from the State Department site, and if one bothers, say like Condi Rice who was the cabinet officer in charge of this office, to READ what the guidelines are, they are extremely basic, and they are this:

DONALD TRUMP AS PRESIDENT DETERMINES US FOREIGN POLICY.

Under the Constitution, the President of the United States determines U.S. foreign policy. The Secretary of State, appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate, is the President’s chief foreign affairs adviser. The Secretary carries out the President’s foreign policies through the State Department and the Foreign Service of the United States.
Created in 1789 by the Congress as the successor to the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of State is the senior executive Department of the U.S. Government. The Secretary of State’s duties relating to foreign affairs have not changed significantly since then, but they have become far more complex as international commitments multiplied. These duties – the activities and responsibilities of the State Department – include the following:
  • Serves as the President’s principal adviser on U.S. foreign policy;
  • Conducts negotiations relating to U.S. foreign affairs;
  • Grants and issues passports to American citizens and exequaturs to foreign consuls in the United States;
  • Advises the President on the appointment of U.S. ambassadors, ministers, consuls, and other diplomatic representatives;
  • Advises the President regarding the acceptance, recall, and dismissal of the representatives of foreign governments;
  • Personally participates in or directs U.S. representatives to international conferences, organizations, and agencies;
  • Negotiates, interprets, and terminates treaties and agreements;
  • Ensures the protection of the U.S. Government to American citizens, property, and interests in foreign countries;
  • Supervises the administration of U.S. immigration laws abroad;
  • Provides information to American citizens regarding the political, economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian conditions in foreign countries;
  • Informs the Congress and American citizens on the conduct of U.S. foreign relations;
  • Promotes beneficial economic intercourse between the United States and other countries;
  • Administers the Department of State;
  • Supervises the Foreign Service of the United States.
In addition, the Secretary of State retains domestic responsibilities that Congress entrusted to the State Department in 1789. These include the custody of the Great Seal of the United States, the preparation of certain presidential proclamations, the publication of treaties and international acts as well as the official record of the foreign relations of the United States, and the custody of certain original treaties and international agreements. The Secretary also serves as the channel of communication between the Federal Government and the States on the extradition of fugitives to or from foreign countries.

In case you forgot the above, I will post it again.

DONALD TRUMP AS PRESIDENT DETERMINES US FOREIGN POLICY.

If Donald Trump wants to put on a chicken suit, before calling up foreign leaders, and demand that the foreign leaders call Ivanka, FUTURUS, he can do that as he determines how the United States interacts with other nations.

Thomas Jefferson sent in US Marines to capture back a US vesssel held by Muslim terrorists to burn it.......all without declaring war.

Abraham Lincoln freed two Confederates held by the Union, taken off a British ship, all without the US Courts.

Teddy Roosevelt started building the Panama Canal, without authorization from Congress.

Richard Nixon opened secret negotiations with China, all without the State Department.

Jimmy Carter contacted the Soviet Union to ask for help in defeating Ronald Reagan.

In short, a President does not have to get permission to wipe their ass from anyone, when it comes to foreign policy. The State Department and the Intelligence agencies SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE PRESIDENT. They are not there to regulate the President in their assumed authority. There is not any authority granted these accusers of Donald Trump in the Constitution. Adam Schiff has zero Constitutional authority to be involved in foreign policy or what the President says. That goes for every accuser of Donald Trump.

It all returns to Donald Trump determines what US foreign policy is. That includes launching a nuclear strike on Kiev. Congress has power to declare war and fund war, the President has the power to send troops or missiles anywhere he chooses, just as the President can pick up the phone and say anything or promise anything he chooses.

Because the President has limited authority, he can not infringe on the rights of Hunter Biden, for instance, he can not sell Hunter Biden to be a dog's whore in Ukraine. Hunter Biden's rights end where Donald Trump's begin. In as much, Donald Trump's rights end where the Constitution states broadly in there are not any real limits on any President when it comes to foreign policy.

The Constitutional limits are the next election. The Jefferson theoretical limits are an armed revolution, not an Adam Schiff coup.

I personally have had enough of this diversion, so Americans will be displaced by foreigners, and not focusing on that issue, and have had enough of all of your silent ignorant affirmation, in whining about what Adam Schiff was criminally involved in today. The last word in this is the Constitution, and the Constitution states it is whatever Donald Trump decides foreign policy is, not Condi Rice revealing what an uninformed person she is, as she does not determine what a President says. The Constitution does.

Donald Trump must invoke Executive authority and petition an immediate ruling by the Supreme Court in Chief Justice John Roberts, to either rule to usurp Presidential authority and hand it over to Adam Schiff for impeachment, or rule as the Constitution authorizes for the President, and the Supreme Court shuts this down, and Adam Schiff and these accusers face immediate indictment by the Department of Justice.

Once again, another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
