Living with Coronavirus Exposure

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

The Lame Cherry is going to provide a few post on living in our communities with Coronavirus exposure. I honestly had this slip my mind, for the simple reason I have been doing this as a discipline for years with flu each year, that I was doing it automatically.

I will provide for you a human print in what you should follow when you go shopping, as I do this and never violate it.

I always wear gloves. I have town gloves, because virus, bacteria, fungus and SHIT is on everything, including snot, puke and probably worse things.
When I get gas, I have another pair in the vehicle for gas, in case of a spill. They stay on the floor of the vehicle.

For "Town Errands", I have  town clothes, coats, hats and shoes. I never sit in a chair in the house in clothes that have been in town. In regular flu seasons, I would bring them in, and place them on a chair. For Corona, I am going to do what I started yesterday.

My shoes, which are the greatest toxin on the planet in tracking through everything, are on the soles wiped off with alcohol. Bleach will work, so will a lysol if you like the smell. They though then go into a plastic bag. For people with nice things, you can sit them in the garage. I suppose you can put them into a plastic container outside on your step if you do not have a thieves, but I would suspect labeling a container "EXPOSED TO CORONA VIRUS" would probably keep assholes from stealing things too.

I launder frequently. For gloves with Corona, the town gloves are in my pocket and the gas gloves are now the store gloves. I do not bring things into the house if I can help it.

Groceries are a bit harder, but if you have a garage, leaving bags air out for a day or two is not going to hurt in the cold weather. I would not leave perishables out though, but you want degrees of separation. You do not want things that have been exposed to thousands of people from warehouse, truckers, stockers and citizens, dumped into your fridge or cupboards fresh off the exposure line at this time.

I would if I was in a high infected area, probably get alcohol based Lysol spray and dump things into a garbage bag and fumigate it, close it up, and let it sit for a few days.

Each of you have to think of your vehicles and your homes as the scorch line zone. You can spray your mats down in your cars too each time you crawl in and out as you need shoes on, but wearing rubber boots over things, solves a great deal of that too, and they would stay in the garage or outside with the corona warning.
You might end up with cops on your doorstep in being reported for labeling things like that, as neighbors are nosy thieves.

Lastly, like small pox, Be Clean and Be Healed. I am not talking about living in your bath, but if you are out in the city, keeping your safe distances, come home and SHOWER. You do not go to bed and shower in the morning. I know that this the thing to do in modern circles, but there is a great deal to be said about showering at night, letting your pores close up, and allowing your normal protective bacterial sheen be created at night, to face the day.
You are not going to stink and if you think you have a problem wipe your pits out with alcohol, as that will solve that bacteria as that is what BO is, it is bacteria.

In typing this, I will bet that if a study was produced, that Corona infects a higher rate of people who shower in the morning or are not showering and wearing the same dirty things.

You do this, along with not picking boogers, sucking on your smart phones, and I will add in this, it is not going to kill you to leave your phone in your care, have it disinfected and then not checking every 10 seconds in how wonderful you are. I will have more on that in another post.......but keep your hands off your faces. Your face is not going anywhere so you do not have to keep being self conscious in checking and your nose is not going to close up if you are not sticking your finger up it every hour on the hour.

Once again, Lame Cherry saving you from your selves with life saving knowledge that you could not donate enough to pay me back.
