The answer in this riddle is Chinese money had purchased vast amounts of influence in the halls of Obama power, which had a mania in hating things American exceptionalism. This is why the samples were coming into the United States. If requests were made for SARS and MERS, American security would be alerted. Instead the samples would appear in other labs for "other research", where they would be sequenced, spliced, experimented with, advanced and refined.
The Chinese scientists intercepted at the Detroit Metro Airport was not isolated case. The FBI report, which addressed security risks of foreign researchers in the United States, cited two other incidents when Chinese nationals attempted to enter the U.S. with undeclared flu samples and suspected E. coli.
All of this research hijacked the most advanced labs in the world. The Chinese would not be exposed smuggling SARS or MERS out in the Bat Corona, as they did not need to take the risk. They stole the Canadian white prints of a working biological weapon, and only needed that sequence in order to build their own lethal strain of Bat SARS.
The reason these viruses all resemble American technology is because the Chicoms used American technology to refine them.
The image of Obama should tread lightly on this, as that Birther's treasonous fingers are all over this Coronavirus.
