Navarro later told the media that his comment was not about the phase-one China trade deal, which remains in place. He said his statement was "wildly out of context" and that he was referring to a loss of "trust" with Beijing.
Then, President Donald Trump tweeted, "The China Trade Deal is fully intact. Hopefully they will continue to live up to the terms of the Agreement!"

So the commodities and stocks in America can rally, but Peter Navarro is correct. Trade deals with China are over. The President stating he hopes China will honor the deals, signals China is not going to honor any deals now or future, unless it is war commodities which China is stockpiling.
China is engaged in two practices to pay for it's debts. China is floating bogus credit, their paper tiger economy of non existent funds or credit, over leveraged, meaning China was writing bad checks, by laundering counterfeit currencies through George Floyd types in Minneapolis and China is tapping into her gold reserves to pay for it's stockpiles.
One can not trust the lying Chinese, and in this time line, as 2020 was supposed to be the first biological strike against America with an Alaskan invasion in the autumn, as Chinese agents disrupted the lower 48 economics and power grid, that the Chinese will engage in cyber warfare in meddling with the US elections, using Obama ANTIFA and Quadroon Lives Matter, and that failing, there are Chinese necessities which must be engaged to prepare the order of battle.
