Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that an old Jew hag who butchered babies and had a thing for penis up the anus, gets to rewrite those rules of filling vacancies on the Supreme Court, just because she was an arrogant old bitch who would not retire when Obama stole the presidency twice, to keep that seat liberal.
In fact there are numbers of things in the Constitution, like the commerce clause does not give the regime the right to infringe on gun rights and John Roberts can not rewrite rationed death as a tax law to force Americans to buy Obamacare.
Democrats cheated under Obama and McCain often, thwarting Conservative mandates. They changed the filibuster rule, which was not Constitutional, but like the Income Tax is not Constitutional, Democrats cheated with simple majorities, so now that reality is the law of the Senate.
Lisa Murkowski, a goddamn leftist, now wants to wait so a liberal like her can be put into the Supreme Court. That is not in the Constitution, so she can pound sand and those stupid head up their ass Alaskans can wake up and start voting in Conservatives like Ted Stevens was.
