Now that President Donald Trump has finally a core group who are supporting his Presidency from Biden Bush MI6 election theft, the public must be informed of the realities of what is taking place, and not be swayed by the CIA Mockingbird propaganda that what the President is engaged in will not make any difference.
The first fact is as this blog stated is a recount will do zero good if all the fake ballots are recounted. We now have proof before us, legal proof, that every state which was called for Joe Biden by the CIA and MI6 media, had hundreds of thousands of votes which were fraudulent.
Attorney Sidney Powell working for the President has stated they will prove that almost half a million votes for Joe Biden are fraud. There was one mark on those ballots and it was for Pedo Joe. That is vote harvesting, or one group marking ballots lazily only for Joe Biden for people paid off or in the grave who never saw a ballot.
Wisconsin violated the law in tens of thousands of ballots were "witnessed" by the clerks filing them, which is not legal.
Pennsylvania had dead people voting, did not allow observers.
Michigan had glitches were e voting was flipping Trump votes to Biden and digital recordings of clerks filling out numerous ballots.
Nevada has evidence of trucks dumping ballots off after the election to be counted.
Georgia kept "finding" votes after the election of 20,000 then 30,000, then 50,000 until the state was recorded as a Biden win.
The fact is, the margins in these states is around ten to 20 thousand votes, and as Dick Morris has analyzed this, most of these votes for Biden were late, and hand filled in, so those are the votes which will be thrown out. A half a million votes all filled out with the same pens, are fraud votes only voting for Joe Biden.
So the numbers are there to remove Biden's Bogus Ballots.
Justice Sam Alito ordered states to stop piling ballots in the same file which arrived after the election. Again Biden's crooks were doing just that. The Judge ordered this twice. Disregarding a court order is contempt. Contempt brings with it, the reality that the Supreme Court is mandated to throw out all of those ballots and freeze the numbers in the above states which were recorded when the polls closed.
Donald Trump had a commanding lead in all of these states.
But what if Bunghole John Roberts and his lower court comrades attempt to thwart the legitimate victor in President Donald Trump? Mark Levin has detailed this in something no one pays attention to, and that is the State Legislatures are the ones who decide who gets to vote in the Electoral College.
Michigan and Pennsylvania both have Republican legislatures, which means, they will move as Florida did in 2000 to set the electors when the Florida State Supreme Court was meddling in that hanging chad election.
"The Florida legislature could have (and, in fact, was preparing) to intervene and name a slate of electors if the Florida Supreme Court continued to interfere with the election," wrote Levin on page 170. "The legislature, which was controlled by the Republican Party in 2000, had absolute authority under the Constitution to choose Florida's members of the electoral college."
Art. II, Sec. 1, §2 of the Constitution stipulates that "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct" the electors to vote for president. The Constitution gives Congress the authority to set the date of that vote, which, pursuant to 3 U.S.C. §7, is the Monday after the second Wednesday in December of presidential election years. This year it is Dec. 14.
Notice how the Constitution specifically gives the job of choosing electors to the legislature, and unlike with standard legislation, there is no shared jurisdiction or responsibility with the governor, much less some random state or federal judge. Charles Pinckney, one of the signers of the Constitution from South Carolina, reiterated on the Senate floor on Jan. 23, 1800, how careful the framers were to cut Congress out of the process.
As you can see Michigan and Pennsylvania will move back to the rightful victor in Donald Trump. I will quote Dick Morris and myself for the electoral college tally so you can keep this in order.
Trump's base number including Alaska and North Carolina are 232 votes
Recounts will go heavy for Trump, and the votes which will be discarded will be mail in ballots, which were going for Biden.
Arizona is around 20,000 votes for Biden.
Georgia is 10,000 voters for Biden.
Wisconsin is about the same for Biden.
With the Alito standard, in ballots were to be segregated and were not, after the polls closed, along with other fraud in clerks filling out ballots as witnesses, Trump's number rises to 269.
Add Pennsylvania, which has all the fraud and the Alito rule which was not observed in separating ballots, so the ballots would all be rejected, puts Trump at 289.
In actual numbers, each of the above states has so many fraudulent votes, that they will move into the Trump category. This will all have to be decided by law by mid December. The tampering of these elections by John Roberts was not only unConsitutional, but criminal, in he nor these other judges had any Constitutional authority to change elections. The dates is set by Congress and how legal votes are managed are set by the State Legislatures.
Is it in the interest of these criminals in the media, intelligence and the Biden party to do everything to keep these fake votes and steal the election from Donald Trump? Most certainly it is, as their heads are in the noose.
While Donald Trump has not done jack or shit for four years, he has had people who are now being exposed as part of this. Attorney General Barr has done nothing in this vote fraud, nor has Christopher Wray of the FBI. No US Attorneys have moved in the Second District New York when there was absolute media election tampering by media calling elections for Joe Biden when he had not won them. No greater proof was the wife of one of the Murdoch boys, tweeting, WE DID IT. That is proof FOX was engaged in election tampering, a British owned media outlet tampering with US elections.
The half a million fraud ballots which Sidney Powell has noted exist are more than enough to return this election to the rightful victor in President Donald Trump. The very nature of these "harvested ballots" which arise from a hired source by Joe Biden, who then "rewards" people who offer their identities on a list, to have their names placed on ballots they never see, and are filled out by hired operatives, is pure criminal. That is buying and selling votes and that is what Joe Biden knowingly practiced.
Everyone knows high crimes have been committed and those who committed those high crimes against the United States are busy trying to put a legal face on it, because when Donald Trump is inaugurated in January 2021 AD in the year of our Lord, he is going to have a legal and political staff who he knows will be loyal, and in firing those allowing these crimes, will seat these law abiding people to begin the indictment and arrest process.
Is this something that is going to have to be overcome with a great deal of effort? Most certainly as it is not like George W. Bush made a video of him and Obama plotting to steal this election for Biden. These crooked clerks were not taking selfies burning up Trump ballots. The Founders machinery is there though to rectify this Biden Bush and Obama election crime.
The President can not, step down from this and not fulfill his oath to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic, as that is what this 2020 election was. This syndicate will indict the President and his family, along with the Trump supporters to bury this as these criminals know their high crimes should have them hung by the courts.
The President in his coming rallies, to back up Mark Levin's legislative process must give this Constitutional teeth, He has that authority, which is the final check and balance, and that is the Second Amendment. a well coordinated militia.
The militia is not a standing army as the United States had none. The militia is the armed people, who are assembled together, beginning with rallies, and regulated, not with laws, but regulated as in Naval guns in sighted to hit their targets. The President has complete authority to call out the armed People to fulfill his oath of office, as this is the wall of democracy against the insurrection against the Constitution which the Founders put into place.
The President can deputize every one of his supporters as certain as a Federal Marshal.
When the armed populace is directed by the President, this is legal arbitaitor of the highest Constitutional enforcement of the land.
