I received this letter and was fascinated and puzzled by it, as something is up with these stimulus / IRS deduction forms / and now Debit Cards the Treasury is sending out.

Last week, one day, I received a letter from the Economic Impact Payment
Card and a Visa Debit card. It was sent on behalf of the U.S.
Department of the Treasury in place of a paper check. This card
contains the money you are receiving as a result of the COVID-related
Tax Relief Act of 2020.
By activating the card, you must supply the last six digits of your
Social Security Account Number (SSAN) and a 4 digit PIN number and this
card can be used as a debit or credit AND it's good until 2024.
Info provided @ IRS.gov/EIP or EIPCard.com. I have not activated mine
yet, but I did check those websites out. In the first stimulus, I
received a paper check. Anyways, just wanted to pass it on. And also,
the letter came from Omaha, NB.
Thank you so much for everything you do. It is really appreciated. The
blog keeps me grounded and instills a peace within and we will come out
of this.....stronger. Am working on my garden seeds to order and
looking forward to planting time.

Omaha is a big banking or credit card town. It does not make any sense that some people are getting IRS deductions, some are getting paper checks (I learned Kansas City which is the IRS regional center was sending out checks) and now these debit cards are being issued.
I know that these stimulus checks for most people who could afford it, went right into the bank and never were spent, which was causing problems for the conglomerates on Wall Street who were supposed to sponge this trillion in. I wonder if like SNAP that these debit cards are going to be able to be reloaded, as Joe the Guiding Hand is supposed to be sending out 1400 dollars to all of us again. It is simply odd that the government would invest all that resource and money to create debit cards for people, when printing up little green checks is what they system does.
So we have direct deposit. Money that is deposited, removed and disappears to whoever it is laundered for. IRS deductions, debit cards, checks and perhaps something else is floating around out there.
They are partitioning people, and no one has explained why this is. I realize the debit card might be the next wave to keep people from the money, and make them spend it. That would be a first strike in the digital currency roll out, as you can not get cash, all you get is a debit card which runs out in time, so you have to spend the money.
So relieved that Hands On Joe is watching over all of us in these times of crisis, and even though like the Canadian leaked documents for world control, stated that a new wave of Corona would usher in the digital currencies, and Joe said the same thing today in his installation speech, we will all be safe with Joe Biden in the White House, as nothing is going to get past him.
