Let us come to a reality, not in the Mockingbird persuaded presentation of propaganda, but in the reality of what this blog warned, is that what Couy Griffin engaged in, is not how to stay out of trouble.
Griffin who leads Cowboys for Trump, spent the summer of 2020 feuding with his ex wife over his son not wearing a mask according to Fauci rules which changed at ever breath, and a Judge got involved in the custody as Griffin is someone who says things, repeats things which were celebrated in America in Samuel Adams, General Phil Sheridan and Thomas Jefferson.
If one reads the above quote from GOP 1964 Nominee Barry Goldwater, he too would be arrested now as that is what Couy Griffin stated. This now makes him a "danger", when the reality is, behind all this smokescreen, what has been unleashed is a deliberate political coercion to suppress Nationalism and what was the leadership of Donald Trump.
The fact is, when Couy Griffin is in solitary confinement and being threatened by a new Judge with contempt for not taking a Covid test, which has been proven to be of zero value in the false positives which manifest, just because millions of others have done this, the fact is as some trolls on ABC's site who wanted Griffin beat every hour by prison police to make him submit, is a rhetoric in this, that the authorities can search you for weapons, but they can not beat a confession out of you. The authorities can place you in solitary, but they can not force you to take medical procedures,as even people in prison have rights.
Reverse this in, what if this was a Muslim, would a Muslim be subjected to the same coercion or would there be an out cry that this Muslim's rights were being abused, in cruel and inhumane punishment. Remember in this, that Couy Griffin is not charged, not convicted of anything. He is held in prison awaiting a hearing.
This blog has always stood by the John Adams center of Republicanism or Federalism which stands on two legs. The first is that everyone has the right to a defense and not be subjected to cruel and unusual punishemt. The second is that no person in power or on a thread should ever open the door to the types of extremes which Couy Griffin is being subjected to, because political tides shift, and yesterday it was Muslims, today it is Americans, and the next in a Wall Street collapse, "those now enforcing the law" will be subjected to the same zealousness in People's Courts in Robes Pierre Courts.

Couy Griffin is charged with standing on Capitol Hill steps, which were a restricted area. There is no ignorance of the law and you can not say, "Well the crowd was just moving that way and I moved that way too". There is a point though in I would not know what was restricted in DC. Sure I can figure out that you can't walk up to the White House, as there have been enough stories on idiots being shot, but all I know about Congress is they have a deal that you can request a tour and it seemed like people were always wandering in and out, so if Nancy Pelosi's door is shut, I would know enough to not enter it without knocking as that is polite, but I don't know what is restricted or not.
The problem in this is, Donald Trump is being impeached after not inciting violence, which has everything to do to keep him from running for President again. Again that is more lies in this, as people are being charged with things they did not do for other political objectives.
Donald Trump said it would be WILD. He told people to fight like hell. I knew he meant politically, but in this world, it is a point why is he not charged and Couy Griffin is. If it is for standing in the wrong place, then that must be the key to this, and as Mr. Trump is not charged for his speech, then it can not be held against Couy Griffin for saying the same things Americans said and were celebrated.
Couy Griffin in reality is in captivity to intimidate others to not repeat things other Americans have said, because those people did not listen to a poor orphan girl telling them to not get into trouble nor threaten people.

His name was Charlie, and he liked strapping on a cowboy pistol and going to the bar and saying things. I have no idea what got him noticed, but the state police were hold up at his place out of gun shot range, when the Sheriff appeared, told them he was going down there like Andy Griffith would and they were wide eyed in fear. The Sheriff went down there, talked to Charlie and that settled it as he took him into custody.
Charlie was arraigned, the Judge asked him, "Charlie I'm going to let you loose. You give me your word in you will come back?" Charlie gave him his word and was back in court with no problems.
The police state knows it can push Americans around and get them to react so they convict themselves. If the Judge would just act like Andrew Jackson at New Orleans with Kentuckians and just tell Couy Griffin that the charge is about being where he was not supposed to be and they did not want to hear anything else, and that if Griffin accepted a fine of 5 dollars, and promised to never set foot in Washington DC again, unless Donald Trump was President, I would wager that Griffin would accept it, go home and exercise his free speech on his paid for internet site.
The charges against these people across the board, are designed to limit discovery. See you will be ruled against in enlarging the scope of why you were there, like Rudy Giuliani being sued for 1.3 billion now being able to investigate Dominion, as that would mean taking depositions from Donald Trump in who was telling him about a stolen election, and from others who are big names in who was telling them the election was not stolen, as that is what is being protected in this, who was really pushing this from both sides, from the DC Mayor who refused federal police help and who was telling General Flynn to unleash limited martial law?
If any of these non ANTIFA people the FBI is hunting down and arresting, get that figured out in their defense, then it will be like Larry Klayman initiating discovery for Jerome Corsi, which caused Robert Mueller to fold up shop, as what was in that discovery was going to expose what was really about Russiagate in the people in power who are in the shadows.

Donald Trump told these children to go home but the children had walked into a trap by listening to their President. Donald Trump owed those children amnesty, but did not do this, to save himself in impeachment. He is in luxury and now protected while people who believed in America are banging pans on cell doors or like Lin Wood being subjected to mental screenings to he can keep making a living.
What should have been done was not done, and what should be done to end this is not going to be done as there are agendas to control America at stake and those in power are ordered or have enough understanding that they throw Billy Budd to the gallows as it will advance their careers.
How long do you think any US Attorney is going to last in going soft on the captured. How long of career is and FBI or Homeland agent going to have, if they say to their superior, 'This is really an over reach in tracking down people walking around on the Capitol steps". They would be flagged and in this era be placed on subversive lists too. It is self preservation to go along with this lynching.
Couy Griffin is in jail for walking around outside the Capitol. James Comey is free after stealing and leaking classified government material. Lara Loomer is on a gun ban list for asking James Comey questions about the fabrications in his book. James Comey wants Americans exorcised of Trump as a political leader and again, no charges for James Comey or his being put on lists.
Of course is it unfair as it is designed to be unfair. America engaged in this against Indian terrorists, they either killed, tracked down, put into confinement and broke their wills by making them reservation beggars as they were transformed into communists.
The same process now decried, is again celebrated against Americans. Most of these enforcement people would cringe and deride what was carried out against Indians, but do not hesitate to do the same thing to Americans.
Here is the Catch 22 in this. Nancy Pelosi asked Homeland for machine gun crews, which if Trump supporters showed up, would make the Capitol steps run with blood. Same thing that Couy Griffin said.
Is not the reaction by all Congressional leaders condemning the Trump mob,in Congress defending their liberties in their being nothing extreme from Congress, the same thing Couy Griffin said in Barry Goldwater?
I don't see anyone in Congress being indicted or arrested for advocating what Couy Griffin said. I do not see trolls on ABC sites who are probably glow worms, being visisted by the FBI when they advocate beating Griffin to make him submit and ranting other racist things.
I'm not advocating nor defending Couy Griffin. I advocate for a Constitution and rule of law which is for everyone. As Couy Griffin is a danger, then Nancy Pelosi is a danger calling Republicans in Congress names and advocating for setting up machine guns.
When it is wrong for Couy Griffin then make it wrong for everyone. When it is right for Nancy Pelosi, then make it right for everyone.
This though is not about right or wrong. It is about intimidation in the criminalization of a populist movement.
