The Joint Chiefs of Staff sent this letter out, threatening Soldiers to submit to the Biden steal.
I apologize which Patriot host it was, perhaps Mike & Mike who brought this to the public's attention, but this election steal has all been accomplished by those waving the Constitution around in front of their illegal acts.
The Patriot noted that most of these tyrants were saying just, 'to protect and defend the Constitution" and not included, against ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.
It was clever on the politicians part, but reveals even traitors can not tell absolute lies. Fortunately for the US military, their political officers of the Bush, Clinton and Obama eras, have absolutely no problem lying to Americans and Soliders, and using the Constitution as their shield in sponsoring election theft.
Much of what has been filtering through is making sense now. The Pentagon locked down all US Soldiers, and the January 8th statement provides the explanation in the Pentagon was worried the US Soldiers were going to rise up on their own behind the President and take this country back from Bidencon.
Everyone is speaking of the 'right left divide" in America, but for the Joint Chiefs to issue a letter threatening Soldiers and lying this blatantly to Americans, means there is an absolute disconnect between the fine young officers of Annapolis and West Point, the enlisted Soliders, and this fascist corp which was embedded by Bush, Clinton and Obama.
That is the reason there was such an FBI push and Pentagon purge of Soldiers who attended the Capital rally. They want to scare the Soldiers supporting the President to force them to submit.
The Lame Cherry assessment of this is, try fighting a war with the Eurasians when the ranks know their officer corp are traitors. Try sending out the military to shoot Americans, and they will not perform the executions.
Do not confuse the National Guard with regular military, any more than Special Forces. They are as different as the FBI SWAT which murdered LaVoy Finnicum to the investigative agents, to the ruling elite on the top floors.
Your National Guard when activated will probably shoot you faster than regular army or Special Forces.
If the President does not stop the steal, it means that he was a stooge or he was lied to, just like you were. On the civilian tyrant side, we have the example of Representative Dusty Johnson of South Dakota, who was installed when Trump sphere put another fraud Trumper on the ticket to steal the election from Trump loyalist Krebs. Sorry I forgot the skirt's name, but she was a Patriot, just like Trump sphere fucked up Arizona for more frauds there who just got the elections stolen from them.
Johnson is a real 5th column loyalist. He too waved the Constitution around, but left off the enemies foreign and domestic. It was all a smokescreen and in the end he blamed stupid South Dakotans who were not intelligent enough to understand why his vote for Pedo Joe was the only choice he had.

Our U.S. Constitution was tested this week.
As you most of South Dakota now knows, on January 6th, I voted to uphold the 2020 election results that were certified, recounted, and audited from various states across the nation.
Like many South Dakotans, I am frustrated with how certain states handle their elections, and in the weeks following the 2020 election, I supported the president’s right to his day in court. Legal challenges were filed in dozens of state and federal courts, but failed to overturn any votes. Despite claims, the evidence was not there.
The Constitution is more important than my personal political views or my political popularity.
There is no constitutional basis for Congress to substitute its judgement for that of the states and the courts. There is only one sentence in the Constitution that addresses Congress’s role on Jan 6. In Article 2, Section 1, Clause 3 the U.S. Constitution states:
“The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted.”
The only person performing an official act is the President of the Senate, who counts the votes. Other than being present, there is no constitutional role for Congress in the January 6 process. I cannot assume powers that are not legally provided to me.
I did not take this decision lightly. I heard from thousands of my fellow statesmen, friends, and long-time political allies. Ultimately, my duty to the Constitution is greater than any political favor voting against it may have provided me. Tough votes such as this one are never easy, and I can only hope this constitutional foundation does not fall on deaf ears.
South Dakotans would raise hell if the Nancy Pelosi-controlled House overturned South Dakota’s election results for President Trump, and I’m grateful we saw no such attempt on January 6. Our founders knew well the grave risks associated with concentrating power in Washington, D.C., especially the power to select our President. They placed that power with the states, and just as I would resolutely defend the results of South Dakota’s elections from federal interference, I cannot overturn the legally certified election results of another state and its voters.

Former UN Ambassador and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley described President Trump’s performance as “very disappointing” after the November election concluded. She added that Trump will be “judged harshly by history.”
I honestly am amused that the talking point was duty to the Constitution in all of these petty tyrants. What exists is a police state threatening the People on all fronts, and a People who are waiting for the hammer to drop, again, again and again, as we see by the Joint Chiefs, only the police who died from natural causes and suicide are mourned, as Ashli Babbit a fellow Soldier was expendable like all the locked down Soldiers the Pentagon no longer trusts.
