Just when everything was going so well for Bidencon, a slight problem in the real world of the Constitution and the Articles arose. I know the Constitution is of no value as Obama was a Birther and made president, but the Lame Cherry is interested in historical clarity and there is a clarification involved.
See when Obama ANTIFA rioted in DC and Trump supporters were blamed, all part of an operation which Mike Pence threatened to remove President Trump along with the Trump cabinet backing this coup, Mike Pence entered into a Constitutional Crisis which doomed Chicom Joe Biden from being a legal President.
Ok here is the problem, the Secretary of Defense went public and stated he briefed the Vice President and the Congressional leadership on martial law. The President was not involved.
Next it is on the record that Mike Pence ordered the army out against Americans. Only a President can issue such an order, otherwise it is a High Crime, bringing impeachment and after conviction in a military court, hanging for treason.
Article II is quite specific in the Electoral College vote counting. It must be conducted by the President of the Senate, which is the Vice President........but you see, Mike Pence ceased being Vice President when he forced Donald Trump to step down and tell his supporters to go home.
Mike Pence became acting President and therefore he could no longer open electoral ballots, count them or even gavel to order the Congress. Mike Pence was unConstitutional the moment he became President.......as confirmed by the SecDef.
What that means is, the votes presented to Congress and voted on were not valid as they were not from a valid source. Joe Biden is not President elect as he was not elected nor certified. Mike Pence has robbed Joe Biden of his election steal.
This of course will make Mike Pence someone the liberals do not like very much again as he screwed things up. If he had just kept his mouth shut about sending the army against Americans, no one would have known, but now we all know he is acting President.
Watch though as the Constitution does not matter as Pence got Trump to run out to the lawn and betray his supporters in telling them to go home, if they are going to order Trump to humiliate Trump in making him kiss the ring for Biden's inauguration.....the alternative is throwing Trump in prison that day.
As I have said this is just historical fact as the law no longer matters. Foreigners as president and vice president, pedophiles and rapists galore and of course stealing elections does not matter, but someday a future tyrant may look back and have to undo Obama or Biden, and say, "Hey that Obama was a Birther so what he did does not count and that Biden pedo was not even President as Mike Pence screwed things up, so I don't have to follow those rules either".
