not counting those fraud votes for Joe Biden now
As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
While the enemies of America from within, are attempting to foist the criminal Joe Biden upon thee American Presidency, there is nothing to be dismissed in what is about to be played out in the United States Congress in contesting the fraudulent win of the Presidency.
In reviewing how those who engaged in this theft, stacked the deck in the Courts, the States and the Congress against free and fair elections, the Lame Cherry believes that there is a reasonable assemblage of what you can expect on that day in infamy when Representative Mo Brooks contests the electoral college fraud, and is seconded by Senator Josh Hawley.
The focus will be on five states:
Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin
The Lame Cherry can inform you at present that documents have already been drawn up, and Representative Brooks and Senator Hawley have already laid out in writing their objections, as that is what is required, in it will be this document which will be presented to the Tellers, the four people sworn in to report the electoral college vote.
When the electoral votes are being announced, they are done so alphabetically. What will take place is Alabama's votes will be opened and reported, and accepted for the President. Then Alabama's votes will be opened and reported for the President. It is when Arizona's votes are opened and reported for Joe Biden, that the contesting letter will be presented, and at that point, Congress will adjourn to their separate chambers to debate for at least 2 hours, which is mandatory.
It says that as the tellers read through the electoral results state by state, members of the House and Senate can submit objections in writing to a given state’s results.
President Trump's campaign has spoken on this and they hope in debate to have their legal team present the evidence, which will be broadcast and put into the public record. When Chief Justice John Roberts has censored the evidence, the Congress can not.
There is something in this which is a reality, in only members of the House or Senate can speak while in debate. Nowhere does it allow for a yielding of time to someone else such as Jenna Ellis.
This would then mean that there may be a surprise in someone like Ted Cruz in the Senate would enter into the record the problems with the Arizona vote as more of a prosecutor. Mo Brooks or someone else in the House would then enter the same evidence into the record.
Literally the facts will be entered into the record and each of these frauds in Congress are going to have to put their name to accepting fraudulent elections or rejecting them.

While those paid to be in on the steal state that Vice President Mike Pence only has a ceremonial role, history proves otherwise in several precedents from Thomas Jefferson electing himself as President over illegitimate submission of votes to the ordering of Congressional members to remain silent as to what votes would be counted over objections as in the historical case that Wisconsin did not submit votes due to a blizzard and the sitting Vice President counted them anyway, which bewildered numbers of Congressmen, the precedents are there in Mike Pence can count or set aside votes.
Much has been John Thune repeated by the enemies of America, that the House votes and the Senate votes and if both do not reject votes, then the Biden votes are counted, but that is not the reality at all, because Congress can split on the votes or be unanimous in them and the Vice President after 2 hours of debate can still not record them.
This is not some obscure notion. This was expounded upon by the United States Congress, in defining that the Vice President is completely in control of all votes which are counted.

“If the Constitution…does…by fair implication, vest in the President of the Senate the power and duty not only to open, but also to count, the votes, then Congress can not, by this or any other legislation, take away or transfer to any other “person or officer that power and duty; - Rep. Baker
“The Constitution says that ‘the votes shall then be counted,’ and if this mandate be addressed to the President of the Senate, that ends the question so far as the counting is concerned. The Constitution has then entrusted him with the whole power, and any legislation to direct him, would be an impertinent intrusion upon his prerogative.” - Sen. Spear
“The President of the Senate’s discretion in opening certificates shows the necessity of an amendment of the Constitution.” - Sen Morton.
There is a reality, that this will be a very long day for these frauds in Congress, not a wham bam pedo man Biden win. Once the Arizona issue is addressed, then there are four if not five other states including Virginia vote fraud to be debated, and in each case the Vice President is required to not count the votes which are fraud.
Mike Pence swore an oath of office:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God
There is not any separating the Vice President over counting fraudulent ballots in Congress than from swearing to defend that Constitution against those enemies foreign and domestic who stole the election in 2020 AD in the year of our Lord.
The Vice President can not certify fraud. Mike Pence swore that he would NEVER evade or avoid stopping election theft. To not do this, makes him a traitor to the United States.
One can not say that Mike Pence took an oath to use every means to defend the Constitution and then say that he has to accept vote fraud.
The fact is what happens on January 6th, is either the rule of law for President Donald Trump for these 435 members of Congress or it is High Treason for Joe Biden. The evidence is clear and in that evidence will appear the most damning of all, that Joe Biden was bribed and conspired with communist Chinese officials to steal this election.
This revelation of what Attorney General Barr with thee entire DOJ covered up, and what the FBI has refused to bring forward and US Attorneys have not indicted on, is going to be what this vote will be on by each Congressional member. They will vote as traitors if they vote for certification of Joe Biden.
Clause 3: Electors
The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse [sic] by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse [sic] the President. But in chusing [sic] the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote; A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse [sic] from them by Ballot the Vice President.
If Mike Pence does his duty and if the Congress is not a majority of traitors, then the Constitutional powers assert again in the candidate with a majority of electoral votes is the victor, which will be President Trump when Biden's illegal swing states are voided.
If for some reason a tie occurs, then, the States having one vote each in the House, begin voting for President Donald Trump as the rightful victor in the 2020 elections, as there must be a quorum.
Jason D. Meister, an Advisory Board Member for President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, published a series of tweets quoting an Epoch Times article about Vice President Mike Pence’s ability to toss the Electoral Votes from contested states with credible accusations of widespread voter fraud. This move would likely lead to a contingent election, which President Trump would handily win.
The National File has previously reported that Pence will soon face a rare Constitutional event as competing slates of electors are provided on January 6.
Meister notes that “Pence will be faced with dueling electors for the six disputed swing states, a Biden slate from the governors, and a Trump slate from the lawmakers.”
As neither candidate would win the requisite 270 vote majority, a contingent election would be necessary to determine the next President, in accordance with the Constitution.
I would not expect January 6th to be a short day. Both sides are prepared for this, and I do not honestly believe that the President is going through all of this to just cripple Biden's pedo presidency as the key issue is Biden legalizing all these foreigners which stacks the elections forever in America against Americans, so this is a mute point.
The value of this is the recording of traitors. Remember that the DOD and OMB are not assisting Biden on classified information. The delays will bring retaliation by Biden's cronies, so to do so, would project they are figuring that they are staying around.
A host of traitors have been exposed in this, and this many traitors in Congress are going to be facing major jeopardy as Trump's supporters are not 100 million armed people I would care to place in their permanent memories that I sold them out.
What if there are things in the NSA files which the President declassified that the FBI and DOJ sat on which are Joe Biden selling out America, and those recordings are played before Congress?
That evidence appears and hosts of these frauds in Congress are going to be begging Mike Pence to not count votes so they can hide under Pence's cover.
