The attorney for the murderer of Ashli Babbitt was sowing propaganda for his client in stating this murderer would get off for his crime. Populist Press though just published a damning photo of the murderer and missed the convicting points.
The photo they noted has this Black police Lt. pointing his firearm at OTHER OFFICERS. There are two damning revelations in this photo though which prove murder and they come from the FBI and US Attorney's themselves in charging almost 300 other Americans at the Capitol that day.
Two officers are pictured with there weapon;'s drawn. The White officer is in correct defensive posture in training mandates that you DO NOT PLACE YOUR FINGER ON THE TRIGGER, for the simple fact of accidental discharge in withdrawing or pointing the weapon. This officer is SAFETY CORRECT.
The Black officer though who murdered Ashli Babbitt appears in the blow of his hand, to have his finger on the trigger. This violate ALL TRAINING at the Federal facility in Georgia where this Black officer was said to be trained as most ar.
In legal realities, by placing his finger on the trigger, it means INTENT. It means that the murderer of Ashli Babbit meant to discharge his weapon at people. It is vital to note that this murderer, was NOT at the door. The White officer was the lead and in position and correctly maintaining the situation.This again is another legality, in an officer with his finger on the trigger, moved forward to replace an officer correctly deployed. That movement forward with the finger on the trigger again is INTENT. Both actions conclude this Black officer intended to murder unarmed people in the Capitol that day.
This Black officer was stationed according to Congressmen there, in Pelosi's inner sanctum. These were Speaker Pelosi's people and the fact in this, is she was not there, so she did not need lethal force to protect her. Again this is INTENT, in an officer with his finger on the trigger, moving forward, instead of giving ground as the law mandates to save lives as other officers were recorded doing on January 6th.
So in those three damning proofs there is a fourth.
The fourth is the bracelet his Black officer wore. There has been confusion in another Black officer was thought to be the shooter. The other Black officer was outed in posting some very inappropriate anti Trump rhetoric, and was part of the Steve Scalise detail, and in being involved in a prior shooting should not have through delayed stress ever been on active duty again. That is another point, but the point is two Black officers were wearing some kind of white beaded bracelet, while no one else was who was White.
The reason this matters is the FBI and US Attorney's are making a point of charging Americans for wearing military type uniforms and another is noted for having orange police tape.The indictments from undercover FBI agents who are not coming forward to be faced as accusers as the Constitution mandates, is that this orange tape which a group had, and dressing alike as others did, form INTENT, which leads to CONSPIRACY to commit a crime. When two Black officers are wearing like white beaded bracelets, it is no different than dressing alike or having orange police tape to identify each other. That is again INTENT and CONSPIRACY, because other people are charged in this, so the Black officer is guilty of CONSPIRACY too.
To review this for the Department of Justice in Ashli Babbitt's Civil Rights, and for the family of Ashli Babbitt who have a civil court case of wrongful murder worth billions, two Black officers conspired by wearing like white bracelets. The one officer was involved in a shooting with Steve Scalise. The other officer which would be examined in Court psychological examinations, would be asked if he was in unity with the other officer who killed the shooter of Steve Scalise, which again is psychological intent, and lays the foundation of finger on the trigger, moving forward to shoot Ashli Babbitt and unarmed woman, and in observing the shooting, this Black officer STEPPED INTO THE SHOT, with full intent to murder this unarmed woman with a kill shot.
Merrick Garland who is to be Attorney General states he will drive forward the US Attorneys and the FBI on this Capitol Riot which used to be insurrection, until ANTIFA and BLM were arrested, and as insurrection brings the death penalty, and rioting does not. ANTIFA and BLM are now being protected as they were enabled on January 6th.
What Merrick Garland has though before him are zealous US Attorneys and FBI charging people for having police tape and wearing like clothes in conspiracy charges to commit crimes. There is now absolutely no doubt based on DOJ indictments that this Black officer is a murder who conspired to commit murder for wearing a like bracelet with a fellow shooter, and conspired by having his finger on the trigger and conspired by moving forward and conspired by stepping into the shot, in premeditation to murder Ashli Babbitt.
This is murdered Ashli Babbitt in case you have forgotten she was murdered in the People's House.
The zealotry in hunting down Americans and over charging them, is now a reality that this Black officer is guilty by what the Department of Justice is stating is guilt in other Americans.
