Who Murdered Ashli Babbitt

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

I will preface this with I do not know who murdered Ashli Babbitt. No one does, except those who investigated and let it slide, which is against the law as the statute reads that any officer who engages in actions against the public, must have their name made public.

One person has been fingered in David Bailey, and you may remember him as the officer who was at the shooting of Representative Steve Scalise, by a Trump hating Bernie Sander's supporter. The only thing I remember about that is how bad the officers shooting was and how bad the Sander's supporter shooting was.

What I desire to examine here in this decorated officer, who has been accused of allowing Scalise to be shot and who has been outed as posting Black Lives Matter photos and quoting Scripture for his deeds, and posting remarks that appear violent, is the reality of David Bailey.

This is a physical education major, meaning an immigrant from South America took the idiot degree of  Phy Ed coach, which is fine if you are a loser picking high school kids, but that is not a degree which qualifies one to be in the Secret Service or to be involved in security.

What the Lame Cherry desires to focus on is Delayed Stress Syndrome. In World War II, Soldiers who had been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, had to be removed from active duty, because they kept getting themselves killed in thinking they were invincible.
For most people, in war, security or civilian status, if they are involved in a shooting it forever changes their psyche.
I have been shot at. I have been hit by a round which had expended it's force, so it only stung. It changes you, and when you shoot someone, it is an "oh shit moment" as everything changes, a host of emotions occurs and works through and what cements is a person who is changed.

We had an officer here who murdered a local retard. He was a farm kid and he should never have died, but that is what the police train for in shooting people, not defusing situations. That officer last I heard had quit here and moved to Oklahoma, and I doubt the poor souls there have any idea they have an officer with blood on his hands and he will repeat the process when under stress.

David Bailey was someone who was not an American by birth. He has no affinity for Americans. He already survived a stressful situation in the shooting of Steve Scalise and was injured himself. Given that background, there is absolutely not any way, especially with his violent BLM postings, should never have been involved in security at the US Capitol with DC police letting in ANTIFA and BLM.

The footage of the shooter of Ashli Babbitt reveals someone who was out of control and scared. They were shooting through a door, at an unarmed woman. At worst this was deliberate murder and at best, this was a man who had survived a gun fight before, and instead of talking down the situation as other officers did, and instead in Delayed Stress murdered this US Veteran.

I give no excuses in this, because none of this is a secret in law enforcement or the military. When the Secret Service and DC Police placed David Bailey into that situation, there was a great chance that people would be murdered. That is not stating Bailey murdered Ashli Babbitt, but it is stating that given his background he could have murdered others. If he did murder Ashli Babbitt, then it is fortunate dozens more were not shot.

Once Ashli Babbitt's husband and family figure this out with an ambulance chasing attorney, they are looking at a billion dollar lawsuit. A decorated officer for shooting others in protecting Congress, is deliberately stationed again among the public, being foreign birthed, to protect Congress from those who think the election was stolen, would not think, but react and shoot an unarmed woman.

Some might say that those in the DC Mayor's office who denied additional Federal security and stationed David Bailey at the Capitol had engaged in deliberate murder, because David Bailey was prone to doing exactly what he engaged in.

Reverse engineer this, what would the media have said if a German immigrant to America, with a degree in phy ed, who had shot someone before, and was stationed by Sheriff Joe Arpiao, and they shot a Black woman in Arizona, would that German be lynched and up on charges or be protected?

Those who stationed David Bailey are guilty of criminal negligence. Do you think the NFL would hire a woman who was gang raped, for armed security and station her in the locker room of towel snapping men, and not have a problem someday?

If the family of Ashli Babbitt desire justice, it will have to come in a civil court in a billion dollar lawsuit in a wrongful death claim, and in discovery, they will find out who murdered their loved one. The city will have to name the person, because the psychology is pertinent in this case, Prejudice is indeed a paymaster when it comes to a liberal murdering someone in the US Capitol.

Whatever is the case with David Bailey, he should never have been placed in active duty after being shot, and in the same situation as in the Scalise shooting. If the DC Police or Secret Service have violated protocols this is a crime.

The Austin Statesmen published this was not a Secret Service Officer. The quote though is even more damning, in the officer who murdered Ashli Babbitt was shooting at OTHER OFFICERS.

Babbitt falls to the floor, where she is immediately treated by uniformed officers on her side of the barricade. A Jan. 7 news release by Capitol Police said she was taken to a nearby hospital where she died of her injuries.

So there were police officers there, in the line of fire, and this Lt. fired in their direction too. You have to understand something in this, that a US Rep from Oklahoma stated he was with the shooter. He said the officer had no choice. The problem is the officers where Ashli Babbitt was, who could have restrained an unarmed woman, did nothing. Meaning they either viewed her as not a threat at all, or were told to stand down, so she would be shot.

U.S. Rep. Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., told Good Morning America he was in the hallway behind the officer who shot and killed Babbitt.

See legally, whoever murdered Ashli Babbitt, it was murder. The officers with here either let her be murdered or the officer who shot her meant to murder her, because she was not a threat to the police outside. Do not miss this, the police outside the door COULD BE SEEN, so the officer inside would know he had police on the outside who would assist in stopping her, so he was absolutely not alone nor in danger.

We may not know who murdered Ashli Babbitt, but it is without a doubt by investigative journalism quoted above, that the events detailed prove murder.

Once again, another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
