I do not make the charge lightly that Joe Biden is a drug addict. The fact is we have all witnessed his shaking hands in pre election videos and have seen his creepy black eyes staring vacuously at us. Jeff Rense has made the charge repeatedly that Biden in being treated for senility is being dosed with methamphetamine. This is what is causing his black eyes like satan.
For those who want the proof, here is the quote and it is what Joe Biden is being overdosed on to get these effects, as meth is used in Parkinsons and senility, both of which Biden is suffering from.

That bravado does not change what Russia is planning for, and in this, remembering what this blog has stated, would what comes after Biden cause Russia to first strike the United States, considering what that replacement is.
