I have a Poulon 2000 chainsaw. As it was not running the best without priming and I needed to cut wood, I ordered a carb kit off of Ebay.
BIG MISTAKE.
This is for all preparing for the vax down in you need to get parts for your things, but DO NOT BUY THAT GODDAMN CHINESE SHIT.
Earlier this summer, I had a 12 time email exchanged with a bastard Chinaman, who was hiding in Ohio, or I would not have ordered that kit.
The kit I did order and just opened, has gaskets, diaphragm, needles, screen, etc.... and son of a bitch, the parts I needed for the fuel feed LOOK LIKE GODDAMN KODAK FILM from the old days. The damn thing is is Kodak film is 100 times more thick than this less than paper film shit. It is like Saran Wrap, I kid you not.
I was so disgusted that I put the first piece back as it was not going to be trusted. I opened the diaphragm side and that was brittle. I keep losing prime so this is the culprit. I looked at the piece of this included and was not going to even use it, but I knew it would not run with what was in there. So I put it in there, cleaned the screen and primed it a number of times, and finally the engine started running.
I'm currently looking for kits, but it is hard for this obsolete saw. Gaskets should be thick fiber things or rubber things, not film thin plastic shit that looks like it would rip if you blew on it.
Do not buy that shit on Ebay. If it comes out of China, DO NOT BUY IT. Figure out if it is a China front in America or you are going to be wasting your money.
The earlier 12 mail complaint was about a Farmall H carb kit which was worthless too.
America is full of this shit. It is deliberate to destroy the infrastructure and it is in all your cars and medical equipment, computers etc...

You are going to need replacement parts. It costs, but if you do not have spark plugs or other shit, you are not going to have anything working.
