I must apologize to my readers for an oversight concerning the examination of Alex Baldwin shooting two people on a movie set. My oversight is that I was listening to firearms experts and the evidence of a dead woman, in ascertaining the chain of custody of the firearms and ammunition and the necessity of firearm safety.
It was in the now released portion of the ABC interview with George Stephanopolous in which Alec Badlwin in his woke defense blames the gun killing this woman as Baldwin did not pull the trigger. Please read Baldwin's statement in his defense and I will meet you on the other end.
Indeed, he even claimed he was pointing the gun at the cinematographer who was killed — Halyna Hutchins — because she told him to, saying that he only pointed the gun where she said and that they both believed the gun to be empty.
But it was clear from what he said he had never checked the gun. He said he was cocking it, at her direction. “I let go of the hammer of the gun,” Baldwin said. “And the gun goes off.”
The Lame Cherry has explained that the Colt 45 is impossible to fire unless it is cocked. You can not pull the trigger without the hammer cocked as it is a single action revolver, not double action.
It had occurred to me in an earlier explanation of this murder, that there was a way to fire a Colt 45 without pulling the trigger, but did not think it was necessary as the event did not take place. The way a Colt will fire is if you drop the gun, and the hammer is sitting on a live primer, so the impact with the ground will cause a discharge of the gun.
It was only Alec Baldwin's woke defense follow up that I realized something which I had not considered as it is so stupid that no one would do this. I will give you this example. You remember when Michael Jackson was dangling his baby over a balcony to horrified fans? Yes no one would do something that stupid as you let go of a baby, it will fall.
I had no idea that Alec Baldwin is so stupid that he would pull back a spring loaded hammer on a firearm and let it go. Let me explain firearms mechanics. I mentioned the hammer in a gun. A spring is attached to this hammer to give it momentum to strike a primer in a cartridge to ignite the powder.
To hold the hammer in place at FULL COCK is a sear. This sear attaches to the trigger, so when the trigger is pulled, the sear breaks and the hammer falls, and down it comes on the primer.
For Alec Baldwin to pull back a spring loaded hammer on a gun, is like Alec Baldwin in the wind not holding the door open for his kids and allowing it to bash them in the head. It is COMMON SENSE. You do not let go of a clothes pin as it will snap your finger. You do not stick your finger into a mouse trap as it will snap your finger. For some reason, Alec Baldwin is so tard he does not comprehend that things with springs are dangerous.
Pull back the hammer on any exposed hammer firearm, before it is at full cock, providing there si not a half cock safety on the firearm, and chances are that gun will go off. Alec Baldwin claiming he never pulled the trigger means nothing when he just admitted that he pulled the hammer back and then let it fly forward so the gun went off. Alec Baldwin's THUMB in this situation IS THE TRIGGER.
This is like Alec Baldwin running over a child and saying, "Hey I never put my foot on the accelerator". Yes but Alec Baldwin put the car in gear. When Alec Baldwin pulled that hammer back HE PUT THAT GUN IN GEAR. It was ready to fire.
There is absolutely not any woke excuse for this in a legal defense. Alec Baldwin just elevated from third degree murder to second degree murder. Ignorance of the law is not any excuse and claiming that you did not pull the trigger when you pulled back the hammer is not an excuse for murder.
Alex Baldwin admitted he murdered this woman by his actions. His continuous statements are ludicrous in he was at the police station and thought the woman he murdered fainted. A firearm goes off pointed at a woman you just shot, blood is covering her and Baldwin makes a statement that he thought she fainted. What the hell did he think he was at the police station for? Because police always investigate women fainting?
This kind of stupidity simply did not occur to me, because this has never happened on a movie set. There are no statistics of people ever being shot in America each year by people letting hammers fall on full chambers, because everyone knows this is dangerous.
Alec Bladwin is trying to save himself and his career. His attempt to blame the firearm in he never pulled the trigger and then adding that he cocked the hammer and let it fall on a live round, is the guilt i this. He is a murderer. He engaged in a dangerous action which someone died. This is not first degree murder as it was not premeditated. It is though second degree murder Alec Baldwin admitted it.
