The problem with NASA is like the Jewish holocaust in what it is, is not how it really was.
If you look at what NASA was, it was generated as political ploy by President John F. Kennedy as a Cold War statement. The United States was having it's butt kicked in rocket advancement in having over 1000 German Nazi scientists imported into the United States in President Harry Truman's Operation Paperclip. That same operation turned a blind eye when a certain Adolf Hitler ended up in South America after the war with hosts of Nazi officials.
Through Martin Borrmann, Hitler's life did not come cheap. For his disappearance, the United States was provided through the German Navy, nuclear scientists and the bomb making material for the second American atomic bomb.
Chief Scientist on the Manhattan Project in communist Robert Oppenheimer had with his scientists reached a fail point in the first atomic bomb which was fired by krypton triggers coordinated to detonate at the same instant, thus creating the compression of atoms to set off the nuclear reaction. The Germans fixed the problem and Hiroshima was a success.
This was the OSS roots in all of this and as the miscalculation of FDR and Truman in being allied with the Soviet Union, and America traitors handing over more US technology, the atomic gap was ended with the detonation of the first Soviet nuclear bomb.
The natural ally of American capitalists were thus the sworn enemies of communism in the Nazis. The Germans were trusted and infused into the US government.
NASA began in Langley Virginia, yes the same location of the CIA. It was a combination of military intelligence, US industry, OSS intelligence and the Nazi specialists. From this military and spy network would be the cover for John Kennedy's space war with Russia. It is important to understand this ruse, in Kennedy understood that if the US Air Force continued on as leading this, this was a military operation going into space. Therefore NASA had to be created as a cover in naming it "civilian". In part, this is why Gene Roddenberry's English propaganda of Star Trek was resurrected by the DOD and CIA and funded through Desilu and NBC, to provide the civilian cover for an armed Star Fleet operation under the guise of the Federation. Kennedy and the Pentagon were attempting to keep this from being a direct confrotation with the Soviet Union of two opposing nuclear military armies, building platforms in earth orbit.
Once one comes to grasp what NASA was and still is one understands then the dual nature of the space agency.
The original Manned Spacecraft Center grew out of the Space Task Group (STG) headed by Robert R. Gilruth that was formed to coordinate the US crewed spaceflight program. The STG was based at the Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, but reported organizationally to the Goddard Space Flight Center just outside Washington, D.C
Mercury flights were launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, on launch vehicles modified from the Redstone and Atlas D missiles.
The Mercury project gained popularity, and its missions were followed by millions on radio and TV around the world. Its success laid the groundwork for Project Gemini,
The Apollo program, also known as Project Apollo, was the third United States human spaceflight program carried out by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), which succeeded in preparing and landing the first humans on the Moon from 1968 to 1972. It was first conceived during Dwight D. Eisenhower's administration as a three-person spacecraft to follow the one-person Project Mercury, which put the first Americans in space. Apollo was later dedicated to President John F. Kennedy's national goal for the 1960s of "landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to the Earth" in an address to Congress on May 25, 1961.
NASA was a dual schism under one roof. On the one side were the military, intelligence and Nazis with their agenda and on the other side were hired civilian scientists compartmentalized in their Lunar programs, Skylab, Space Shuttle and exploration programs, only funded for military cover in the national interest.
If one looks at all the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo crews, they were all military pilots, trained engineers and in various forms brought into the covert side on missions. The glaring example of this was President Richard Nixon's transference of Apollo to the Space Shuttle program.
The Space Shuttle was sold in Weekly Readers to school children as a reusable craft which flew cheaply. There were pictures of the Shuttle being transported to low earth orbit on Boeing 747's. I twas all wonderful, and then the military and industry got involved in expensive rocket engines and systems to hide the Above Black operations being funded in next generation weapons.
The disaster of this came to a head under President Ronald Reagan, when he proposed the Strategic Defense Initiative or as it was communist mocked, Star Wars. Soon the Space Shuttles were flying often, but the public was not being told what the payloads were. What the Space Shuttle was engaged in was a cover operation for the building of Star Wars. It was in the midst of this that the Challenger was destroyed in a very poorly designed rocket fuel tank assembly using O rings. One ring ruptured and tore the craft apart.
Soon enough, America and the world was greeted by a new mystery in Edwards Air Force Base in California was lighting up the skies constantly. What was taking place was NASA had failed in Challenger and the Titan rockets of the military were transporting the final half of Stars Wars into orbit.
The ruse of NASA had been exposed. NASA was a military operation and the military gained the upper hand by saving the first space shuttle in Columbia.
At the same time that the USA was competing with the USSR to get into the solar system, NASA and the U.S. military were battling each other for dominance of America’s efforts in space.
The rivalry came to a head in April 1981, during the first orbital test flight of the very first operational space shuttle, Columbia. The shuttle, NASA’s flagship and a symbol for American military and scientific prowess, was in trouble. Her heat shield had partially failed. No one knew if the damage would prevent Columbia from safely returning to Earth.
And for a moment, it seemed only the military—more specifically, the then-secret National Reconnaissance Office, which controls most of the government’s spy satellites and whose staff overlaps with those of the Air Force, Navy, and CIA—could save the shuttle and her crew. In effect, rescuing its own bureaucratic enemy.
By 1989, the Cold War was collapsing and the military no longer needed the redundnacy of NASA. The Pentagon, meaning the Air Force and Navy with their space programs were no longer operating with NASA. NASA in turn languished and became during the Clinton era a platform for the military and intelligence services to gift technology to Russia and China for the war the United States is about to fight in Eurasia.
There never has been anything open or honest about NASA. It was a necessary cover, then an orphan child and is being dusted off again as an explanation for the coming appearance of the US Space Force odd engines and weapons that are just seeming to appear. The story will be NASA led inventions for moon bases and flights to Mars, but the reality is, the Black Operations have had this stuff for decades and the Saturn V was just an expensive and dinosaur engine to distract the public and the enemies of this conglomerate order.

Those are the realities of NASA. NASA was a cover story which hid all it was behind the scenes in it's source was the military, intelligence and Reich scientists.

So when stories emerge often enough from hackers or those who worked at NASA and brushed up against the hidden agenda, a history of rumors and "conspiracy" theories emerge.
Feeding such stories are Hollywood movies like Capricorn 1, about the US never landing on the moon. The United States did land on the moon, but there was a program to save national face so a nuclear war would not start with the Soviets as the world abandoned a failed America. Yes studio sets were built and some of that footage did reach use, in the delays from Moon to Earth transmission delays. CBS and Walter Cronkite could not be relied upon all the time with the CIA's Richard Hoagland to air "artists conceptions" of what was taking place in the return of the Command Module on an earth re entry burn.
There are children reading the above who have absolutely no idea what they just read, but that is Apollo at it's zenith as the US Navy retrieved capsules on splash down in these military operations of their military crews who remained quarantined for days so people would not catch some moon disease.

So when David John Oates in Reverse Speech on Apollo 11 hears congruent reversals of astronauts talking about moon dust and then in Apollo 12 hears new reversals which too are congruent about Germans knowing things along with a base on the moon and spying. There were Germans involved. The CIA was involved and when one has 2 stories that match on known data and a 3rd reference to a moon base, then that 3rd story projects to be true too as NASA has been a deception of war from it's inception.
As of late, the US military in the DIA and NSA has proven in Trump years how duplicitous it is. It funded and controlled NASA for years and is at it again all under the guise of National Security.
What is Truth, Pontius Pilate once lamented. It certainly is not what we have been conditioned with.
