Matthew Perna, a Trump supporter who was arrested and charged with non-violent trespassing crimes following the January 6 election protests, has committed suicide. According to Perna’s family, his suicide came as the DOJ planned to tack on extra charges. Perna’s passing was confirmed by American Greatness reporter Julie Kelly.
In December, Matthew Perna, 37, pleaded guilty to felony obstruction of Congress and three misdemeanor charges associated with his entry into the Capitol on Jan 6, the U.S. Attorney’s office for the District of Columbia reported Friday. He was scheduled for sentencing on March 3.
“They informed him the other day that they were pursuing additional charges. He couldn’t take another day,” Perna’s family told Tayler Hansen in a statement.

The DOJ by Attorney General Merrick Garland vows to prosecute all the fullest.
The US Attorney's office breaks a man, forces him to plead guilty on multiple counts.
Then after destroying this man psychologically, the US Attorney's office in DC, informs a man who has nothing left, that the DOJ is going to take more from him, and this broken man murders himself as he has no more American Dream forever...........
Just what is this?
I ask, because Mitch McConnell and John Thune are silent. The DOJ is silent. FOX and CNN are silent, like the people who say, "Never again" to holocausts.
I just don't know what this is.
In trying to be woke, I would hope that those who define things now like Ashli Babbitt being murdered was justified, that they could tell the public, just how necessary to democracy, how wonderful this is for democracy and how this all benefited and enriched democracy for all of us.

I want to be like Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland and all the people who who are silent, so I can laugh about this and say Matthew Perna deserved this. The Lame Cherry though is not that enlightened yet. It would help if the DOJ would post the US Attorney laughing on CNN and celebrating this as a good thing, because this is a legal and lawful thing in the United States. I don't understand why it is as I'm just an ignorant girl, but I hope we soon will have the woke in us, to enjoy all of this advancement of the 2020 elections and democracy.
