I was reviewing the negotiated agreements between the Ukraine and Russian foreign ministers and if Russia is not lying to buy time, what Russia is agreeing to will bring the end of the Federation.

There are two realities which must be faced. NATO is training Ukrainian terrorists in Poland, and, Ukraine's spy thug is gearing up to run a terror war against Russia in Ukraine.

The head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, threatened total “guerrilla” warfare in Russian-occupied territory. He also warned Moscow was attempting to split his country into a divided state. 

Budanov said that Ukraine was preparing a guerrilla war in any territory Russia continues to control. “The season of a total Ukrainian guerilla safari will soon begin,” he said.

The statement from the intel chief comes as the US is dumping billions of insurgency-style weapons into Ukraine. The American weapon’s shipments to Keiv included the shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missile that the CIA provided to the Afghan Mujahideen to use against the Soviet Army. 

There is a long track record of influential foreign policy thinkers who suggested America would benefit from Russia fighting an insurgency in Ukraine. 

The latest official to express the benefits of Ukrainian insurgency is US Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl. He believes Russia would be weakened by the war in Ukraine. “I think with a high degree of certainty that Russia will emerge from Ukraine weaker than it went into the conflict. Militarily weaker, economically weaker, politically and geopolitically weaker, and more isolated,” Kahl said on Thursday.

The CIA has also spent several years training Ukrainians in insurgency tactics. The agency believed those it trained would be the leaders of the resistance if Russia invaded. 

The Turkish talks are the most adult substance which has appeared, as Mockingbird Zellinskyy spent all of this time creating fiction from fake fighter pilot aces to mass rapes. The devil though is in the details as Russia is pulling back and refitting in Belarus.

The Russian proposals below are sound, but at the same time, when one balances Ukraine's positions of desiring to deal with Crimea and Donbass over a 15 year political period, is in reality creating a Murder Inc. inside these regions to destabilize them as the West did in Serbia to steal Kosovo.

The head of the Russian delegation also revealed other proposals discussed with the Ukrainian delegation:

Russia will not object to Ukraine joining the European Union

Ukraine will reject the idea of returning Crimea and Donbass using military means

Ukraine presented a list of guarantor-states that will ensure its security

The Ukrainian proposal on international guarantees for its safety does not include the territories of Donbass and Crimea.

Kiev will not allow foreign troops or foreign military bases to be deployed on its territory without the explicit consent from all guarantor-states. The same goes for holding military drills.

The Ukrainian delegation proposed making the permanent members of the UN Security Council, as well as Germany, Canada, Poland, Israel, and Turkey the guarantor states that would ensure Ukraine's security.

Russia in this has a huge problem called the Russian Ukrainians. The Americans living there from Russell Bentley to the ex pat that Mitchell Hendersen spoke with tell the same story. Russia will liberate Russian areas then continue to whittle away at Ukraine for complete victory as Russia intends to absorb the Baltic states to perform a land bridge to isolated Russian territory on the Polish border.

If Russia agrees to the above, the Russians in Ukraine are going to be displeased to the point of not supporting Mr. Putin, to the extent of getting their pound of flesh off of Russia after going through what they have been put through.

Russia has 3 main problems not addressed in Turkey and they are whoppers.

Problem 1: The Russian areas in Moldova which were about to be hit at the start of this.

Problem 2: Kosovo going NATO on Serbia's border.

Problem 3: The US an European sanctions against Russia.

In the proposals in Turkey, Russia is giving away everything and is not receiving anything in return.

If this is the peace Russia agrees to, it will bring a war and the end of Russia. If this is the peace Russia is using to buy time, it will bring war and the end of Russia.

Moldova and Serbia are still vulnerable points for Russia. Once Russia hands protectorate status to nuclear powers, Russia has zero access to Moldova or Serbia, meaning they will be made gut shot to squeal to force Russia to invade instead of liberate, an this time that will be a trip wire to world war.

Lastly, China has troops in Russia. One of the last things though Russia or Europe want is Chinese troops in European Ukraine. There was a reason that Bill Clinton was bombing the Chinese in Kosovo.

This is as inept of peace as what started World War II and began the Cold War. No one will abide by the peace and will instead exploit it murderously until it explodes into world war again.

Just remember as this blog warned, when a guerrilla war is unleashed against Russia, Russia will unleash a guerilla war inside Europe, England and the United States, and it will do more damage to those regions than ever would be done to Russia.

Other outlets and media organisations, including the Daily Beast, NPR and Media Matters for America, have continued to dismiss the Russian MoD releases and western outlets' reporting as "crazy" "conspiracy theories," notwithstanding Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland's remarks in a Senate hearing earlier this month confirming that "biological research facilities" were operating in Ukraine, and that the US was "quite concerned" that "Russian troops...may be seeking to gain control of" the facilities and the "research materials" contained therein.

Pax Ukrainia only appears to be a peace the nation rapists, genocidists and war bankers would love, as it will unleash another world war.
