There is a reality that the biggest know it alls, and there are quite a few who have read this blog, are a mirror image of my dead brother. They talk a big game but when left on their own they run to be the tit suckers they are and sell themselves out in trusting in not the God they claim.
I honestly do not know how many of you have faced death. I have a few times and when it comes down to it, I get very calm as when I am pushed past the limits, I put myself into God's hands. I have done this in storm and done this is sickness and did this with the plague. The work the Lord does through me either serves His purpose or I'm not serving His purpose and that would mean God would have little reason to deliver me nor protect me as He can raise more obedient children from stones than the womb.
That is the teaching to remind you in God's Promises recorded by King David who was Inspired by the Holy Ghost in Psalm 37.
This was the Holy Ghost speaking to me on this January 8th.
The blessed or empowered of God inheirt the earth and those who are not, are cut off, meaning the blessed take the spoil of the rich and not so rich.
How do you become empowered?
The Word of God tells you as God is not going to give something and not explain how to receive it.
But as many as did receive him to them he gave authority to become sons of God -- to those believing in his name,
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God—
So those who believe Jesus is Thee only begotten son of God, He empowered or gave authority to become the sons, offspring or likeness of the Almiighty God, because they trusted God at His Word that His Name, meaning that what God says God carries though with.
There are two lines in this, not a grey zone, black and white, the saved and the damned.
Either you live by Faith or you die.
For what is upon us, I await on the Lord to inherit the earth depopulated. The Christian can endure longsufering more easily if they know they are going to get something out of it. Heaven and earth are what are just part of this.along with Peace, Joy and Love.
Just believe and keep the Commandments.
Ask yourself if you were God, would you keep you around and put in the effort to get you out of trouble, if you are putting in a fair day's work for God or are you a shirker among the condemned.
Psalm 37
22 For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.
23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.
24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.
25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.
27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.
28 For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.
31 The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.
33 The Lord will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
34 Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
35 I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree.
36 Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.
37 Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
38 But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off.
39 But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord: he is their strength in the time of trouble.
40 And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
