U.S. FBI Says It Disrupted Russian Hackers

I'm sitting here stunned as I type this even though I should not be, but in reading the above article about the FBI disrupting Russian military operations using bots (Russia installed malware which allowed it to hijack various computers from certain providers to launch from their platforms.), I was stunned by what Attorney General Merrick Garland engaged in, and Director of the FBI, Christopher Wray implemented as apparently some federal court gave the FBI permission to break into private computers.

The targeted botnet was controlled through malware called Cyclops Blink, which U.S. and UK cyberdefense agencies had publicly attributed in late February to “Sandworm,” allegedly one of the Russian military intelligence service’s hacking teams that has repeatedly been accused of carrying out cyberattacks.

These are private computers. These people or companies had broken no laws. Yet a US federal Judge granted the FBI the ability to break into those computers. Use this as an example. Say you take your car to a car wash, and a Mexican opens the trunk and hides a bag of meth in it and you have no idea about this. The FBI knows, and gets a Judge to make it legal for the FBI to break into your garage and your car, to get the meth out of the trunk, but no one at the FBI tells you a thing about it.

Ok now, the FBI has been given permission to remove the meth. What happens if the Agents in your garage or in your car, find something which has been recently criminalized like Jan6 and you end up getting arrested, of course not at the time, but later when the FBI does not have to admit they broke into your home

This is the same with these private computers an the FBI going inside of them and deleting things. Do you think for a second that the FBI was not looking for other things while in those computers?

Now ask yourself, how the hell did they get into all of these computers? Oh there are portals designed into all computers and the FBI was opening them up because they do this all the time. Yes and when the FBI can delete things, they can sure as hell put things into your computer to frame you.

FBI Director Chris Wray told reporters the FBI, with court approval, secretly reached into thousands of routers and firewall appliances to delete the malware and reconfigure the devices.
"We removed malware from devices used by thousands of mostly small businesses for network security all over the world," Wray said. "We shut the door the Russians had used to get into them."
The affidavit noted that U.S. officials launched an awareness campaign “to inform owners of WatchGuard devices of the steps they should take to remediate infections or vulnerabilities” and yet less than half the devices had been fixed to expel the hackers.

The Lame Cherry highlighted the important parts. The FBI Director just admitted that the FBI with full knowledge of Attorney General Merrick Garland broke into thousands of computers around the world. The key in this is ALL OVER THE WORLD. If you need to be educated, American law stops at thee American border. You can't go into Japan and drive 75 mph because you can drive in Montana at that speed. You can't watch porn in Saudi Arabia just because you watch porn in America. There are all kinds of laws in other nations and the reason is those are sovereign nations. NO US COURT CAN GIVE PERMISSION TO THE FBI TO BREAK INTO COMPUTERS IN OTHER COUNTRIES.

The FBI knows this, the DOJ knows this. This is not only a crime what the FBI engaged in. This was no different than the FBI breaking in and burning a Bible in Romania, because the woke FBI dislikes the Bible saying being a queer is a sin. Take this one step further in what if Britain broke into US computers in the elections and started deleting Trump things. Do you think this was something Americans would appreciate or would it be an act of war? It certainly gave the FBI a Jan6 gathering which the FBI has exploited.

The Lame Cherry fully realizes that in this corrupt regime which rules America, that crime is what this regime does. The Lame Cherry though takes a Republic stand in stating the FBI and DOJ broke American law and international law. America does not have the right to William Barr kidnap foreign leaders and put them in jail for breaking American laws....... WHEN THEY WERE NOT IN AMERICA BREAKING ANY AMERICAN LAWS, and the FBI has no legal authority to go into foreign computers and delete things any more than any Judge has the authority to grant the FBI to go into private computers without the owners being informed and delete anything. It is a fact that these computers are private and when you have 1000's of these devices, the reality is, numbers of these people would actually like having Russia use their computers to strike a blow at this criminal enterprise which is trying to start a nuclear war with Russia.

What this Judge did, Merrick Garland did, Christopher Wray did were criminal acts, if not acts of war on numerous nations. Those are the legal facts. There is not now any checks and balances and will not be ever prosecuted. It is pure outlaw and nothing of the rule of law.

That needs to be stated. This was wrong. This was unAmerican. This was criminal acts by the FBI and DOJ.
