That horrid rag from British MI6, the Express UK with propagandist Tara Fair published that Russia dropped chemical weapon on Maripol Ukraine. Of course Russia did not drop WMD's on Ukraine. What was unique in this Zellinskyy propaganda was the use of the medical term, vestibulo-atactic syndrome.
Russian forces have dropped a "poisonous substance of unknown origin" from a drone on military and civilian targets in the besieged port city, Mariupol, according to the city's Azov Battalion. People are reportedly suffering respiratory failure and neurological problems as a result. The Regiment's report states: "The victims have respiratory failure, vestibulo-atactic syndrome. The consequences of using an unknown substance are being clarified."

Symptoms of vestibulocerebellar syndrome may appear in early childhood but the full onset of neurological symptoms including nystagmus, ataxia, and tinnitus does not occur until early adulthood.
