With Romania in the way, that means Russia can not fly over Slavic states to support Serbia. That means Russia must have a land column and that means tanks for this operation. In the assessment of this, Russia can not allow American F 35's as nuclear low flying platforms to bust Russian bunkers inside Russia in the coming war.
