The presenter of Russia 1, Olga Skakbeveya though with two leaders of the Russian Duma went public with discussing vaporizing Berlin, Paris and London. The Russians has special antipathy toward the English in phrasing it as killing everything in England.
Yes the Russians know exactly who is behind all their trouble. It is London, just as the hunting down of Americans all began with British MI6 coordinating Jan6. It is not an accident that the Queen dispatched Harry and the Quadroon as regent squatters in America.
What the Russians are discussing is Kaliningrad which sits on the Polish border. This Russian outpost already has Iksander missiles, but they are talking about the Sarmat or the Satan II ICBM and the travel times to nuke France, Germany and England.

The minute Russia concludes it is in jeopardy. It will strike with nuclear weapons. The target shift will then not be London, Paris or Berlin, but the carpet bombing of the United states with nuclear systems in the Metro City Dictatorships.
