With the cartel staged shortages in Europe over Ukraine theater, so that Europeans under such stress will submit to a new dictatorial anti Christ, most are not examining this in HAARP in the enhancement of normal weather patterns to make the weather cold in Europe.
Last winter HAARP worked like hell in freezing America in a bizarre trough over Albert that kept sucking Arctic and upper atmospheric cold there, with high winds to plunge this cold air into the United States. This does not keep hot blooded Mexicans on the job sites, but what are a few dead Mexicans.
The United States is in a natural super drought cycle. That means America should be warmer, but it has not been warmer in the winter. In fact the Great Plains had the first heat of decades this year, and if this trend is allowed and not tampered with, it will mean that America should have a warmer than normal winter.
That means that HAARP will be utilized to enhance the cold in Europe. There are hints of this building in public statements.

Most people have no idea that Europe can get cold, American cold. Most thing of France in it's nice climate, but it can get very cold in Finland, Poland, and then central plains of eastern Europe in Hungary. Everyone is aware who cold it can get in Ukraine and Russia as it ate French and German armies. We are talking 20 to 40 below, and if HAARP enhances which would be logical to make Russian maneuvers worse for Ukraine, then that Moscow region could experience 60 below zero.
That kind of cold will run into the cold areas of Poland, Hungary, Romania, and down into the Balkans. The civilized peoples who bred all of this Schwabian world control are probably not going to freeze, meaning King Charles 3 is not going to have the Thames frozen over, but western Europeans are soft, and like whiners in America's lower states, 18 degrees can feel like death when it is matched with higher humidity.
Frankly, the Lame Cherry if she was in charge of the cartel weather mod, would put a big American blizzard into Europe, several of them, and dump about 18 feet of snow. That would panic the Europeans and they would bend at the butt for just about anything to save them. It would have to remain cold so it was not like Ohio in melting in a week, but cool people off, isolate them, and then rescue them in a few months and that is how you overthrow Europe.
I hope that is the case, not because I have a Hitler fetish, but I would like to have a nice winter once again. America should be in a drought, warm and less wind. That is the natural cycle. It has been decades since Europe has had bad ass winters as the Russians are just plain soft in the nice weather they have been weaned on.
I have not inquired on this, but natural cycles and the cartel requirement for assistance in their operations, indicate that it would be a lovely enhancement to make the anti Christ the snow king. Trends are still moving in that direction as America is still quite warm and that warmth to grow the bribe of Chinese soybeans grown in America to Peking is still trending
It would be a good toughening up for Europeans and Mexicans do not like the cold so they go south, so that is a waste of cartel resources.
Praying for what Europe should receive to get this moving along for Christ's return. Amen
