The Lame Cherry has not commented on the murder of one Caylor Ellingson as there are factors in this which have not yet been addressed. This popular girl though weighs in after reading an apologist for Dictator Biden attacking those who call this a political murder by what the Dictator has been inflaming the nation over with his extended Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama rhetoric.
What worries me now is that law enforcement will be harassed by the political demagogues — people emotionally invested in the idea that this death has its roots in President Joe Biden's divisive rhetoric — for failing to find evidence of something they've already decided exists.
The Lame Cherry examines this for what it is, small town America, which most of you have no idea what it is in the dynamics.
The foundation of this murder was a street dance. Lots of drinking, lots of acting out and lots of drugs. This is territorial nation in America. In the Brier Patch, we use all kinds of adjectives to identify people from other towns. The city is named and is usually followed by pricks, assholes or something else as our experience is that type lives there.
As an example, my dad had purchased a Ford Bronco from the next county over. My brother took it hunting. He had been hunting on this farm for sometime, knew the people, and the first thing they did was say, 'I though you lived here, What are you doing with that other county's license place?" You simply could not get a place to hunt in our county if you had those out of county plates as people HATED THOSE PEOPLE. Thing is I went to school there and most of those people were my friends. It was territorial though.
In the Brier, and TL uses the phrase now too, when we see someone like this Ellingson, we study a bit an then say, "It looks like he has something in him". This Ellingson kid looks to me like he has Indian in him or is a breed. There are lots of reservation areas in this United States where Indians hate APPLES, that is Indians red on the outside and white on the inside. Lots of places that Indians hate Whites and lots of places that Whites hate Indians.
I will admit that I have family in North Dakota. One them refers to their brother in law as a Chipawegian, a Chippewa Norwegian cross. No racism intended at all, but as Teddy Roosevelt said, "Lots of them leading Montana families had Indian blood in them".
Whatever the case, we had two males in a rural town. One young. One old. There was contact made and a murder took place.
Now for the thing that always makes me wonder now, from Vladimir Putin being more aggressive after his Sputnik Vax and Joe Biden being more of a tard after his empty syringe vax. We all know that personality changes have taken place from that prion in this vax. People have changed even from the Coronavirus Wuhan in greater senility.
What the North Dakota apologist is not addressing, is this Shannon Brandt said he was having a hard time understanding the charges against him. That appears to be a mental incapacity, where he apparently was furious enough to run over a kid, then was terrified by what he did, and the returned out of guilt to call 911, before going home and acting like nothing was wrong.
Was Shannon Brandt vaxed, and went into a rage as has been reported in media of vaxed people, was uninhibited by alcohol and went off when he heard a comment by Ellingson about some democrat in a Republican state.
We never know the entire story, but we can place conjecture in this. This Brandt appears to have gotten aggressive. Ellingson used his cell phone. Ellingson might have to bluff this old guy off said, "Yeah back off or I'm going to get my college buddies and we are going to kick your ass". Instead of backing off Brandt, it instead sent him into this rage, when Ellingson was simply trying to phone his mother as he was not going to say, "I'm phoning mommy so you better watch out". He would have been ridiculed.
Ellingson also made a big mistake in you never go into a neighboring town for a dance and lose track of the person who gave you a ride there. You are alone and you are going to get into trouble often enough.
In any event, it does not matter if this was political or territorial or even vax brain. This is not James Comey and Hillary Clinton on intent. This is murder.
The Judge has been attacked, but he was correct in the bail of vehicular homicide at 50,000 dollars as that is all they could charge Brandt with. The North Dakota Highway Patrol has enough information now, more than Charlottesvile to up the charge to Murder in the First Degree.
Even in a rage, you do not get into a vehicle by chance, chase someone down, and hit them at a high rate of speed without it being premeditated. Murder is murder.
We all know that things are wrong in America. We have politicians who are saying the worst things. We have political prisoners over Jan6 and Ashli Babbitt murdered with others trampled to death. Reason has been pushed by the wayside by those who have tapped into the US Treasury as their personal looting apparatus for the reason is if the people are against each other they can not unite to put the criminals into jail.
I know there is more to this story as there always is. I will close this out with the advice I give everyone and it fits this situation.
You can not get into much trouble if you are home by 10 o'clock on a weekday and in bed, and home by midnight and in bed on the weekends.
I do not quite get how in rural North Dakota, that Brandt and Ellingson's family was not chewing their ass in asking why in hell both were out past midnight as no good can come of it.
