It is most unfortunate that the brain addled Dictator Joseph Biden is involved in the Rainbow Warrior negotiations which are secret, in Ankara Turkey, between the United States and Russia over Ukraine, due to the fact that Biden blurts out things like, "all talks will have to include Ukraine's Jew Zellinskyy.
No one much knew that the United States has been begging for talks with Moscow, until the information was published in Russian press.
Russia had sent Sergey Naryshkin, director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) to the talks.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov later confirmed to Russian media that bilateral talks had taken place in Ankara, adding that they were held at the initiative of the US.
CNN claimed that CIA Director Bill Burns had represented Washington at the gathering, citing a "National Security Council spokesperson."
All of this war and costing Americans billions in resources while they can not pay their bills, would have been ended, except the British sabotaged them this past spring. Yes the stooge Zellinskyy for all his bravado is weak as water, and was willing to sign anything to betray Ukraine. Zellinskyy though is part of the syndicate of international crime which has been plundering Ukraine of children, young women, every resource imaginable and laundering money from the "arms gifts" which Dictator Biden keeps dumping into Ukraine.

Biden is under orders in this international Jewish understanding of what Ukraine is supposed to devolve to in a holocausted Slavic nation, run by a syndicate of criminals who all have a common denominator in the money laundering.
What Dictator Biden revealed was that the United States blinked. America just experienced more fraud elections which is by cartel design, but America even in knowing the liberals would retain power and protect Dictator Biden until they remove him for Michelle Obama, are even from their Rainbow Warriors recognizing that America is going down to collapse over this Ukraine fiasco which is going to be even bigger than Bush fam's Iraq disaster. The Russians are now fully aware that the United States is looking for a way out. The British blowing up the North Stream pipelines, actually got the District of Co Opter's attention in realizing that Russia now had legal reason to launch a nuclear attack on England, and draw United States into the nuclear war and all of these Bunker State elite, realized they were going to be locked in their luxury bunkers for the next several years with no new children to molest. That troubled them and is why the Americans are reaching out. The Co Opters realized that London was making them a target again as in the past two world wars, and that they had to make Moscow understand that they were not involved in North Stream, and that Moscow could not put DC into the position of having to launch a nuclear salvo when Russia nuked England.
For Moscow to have published confirmation of these meetings, means one thing. Moscow does not want that criminal Zellinskyy involved in any negotiations, no more than they trust the British. Leaking the hold up is Kiev, puts pressure on Biden's bankers on J Street that it is not acceptable for Zellinskyy to be on the stage. Russia will now wait in secure winter quarters, waging an Obama drone war on the international army of mercenaries in Ukraine, as America each day edges closer to total collapse as the fraud electronic coins have been revealed as a massive Ponzi Scheme for the few.
From a diplomatic standpoint, and that would mean Dr. Henry Kissinger diplomacy, when the United States went begging Russia for high level meetings secretly, the United States admitted to the Russians that America had just created a Vietnam and an Iraq in Ukraine and wanted to get out as America was being ruined by this fiasco again.
The diplomatic way to handle this is to have a Dr. Kissinger or some type bump into the Russian officials who would be told of what was on the American's mind of not wanting to escalate this to a nuclear war. The Dr. would then mention that he was traveling to Ankara and perhaps the Russians would like to attend a dinner party he was invited to as an American official would be there.
Yes it is 150% bullshit, but it is not the Americans begging for Russian attention, after American officials have been absolutely dismissive of Russian priorities in all the other negotiations.
Dictator Biden moving secret negotiations to the Mockingbird media in stating that the Jew Zellinskyy would be involved in a breach of these negotiations and the Russians will be displeased over this. Historically, when Ronald Reagan wanted something from Russia, the Soviets would comply and the first time told him to not mention anything about Russia releasing Refusniks. President Reagan kept his mouth shut. The Russians then trusted President Reagan. What Dictator Biden just said in public was something that will only reinforce in Russia the reality that America is a puppet of London banking and the negotiations will yield absolutely nothing.
Russia has experienced from the United States the most shattering sanctions which drove Japan and Germany to war. Russia is not coming out to fight a global war as Russia is self sufficient and has trading partners. In fact, Russia is become prosperous.
Russia has one weakness in the American Taiwan computer chips that Dictator Biden weaponized by denying Russia and China access for high tech weapons. Russia responded with the poor man's technology of drone warfare which it learned from the Pentagon in Kiev attacks on Russia. So for all practical purposes, Russia in Ukraine has years it can now wait. The United States does not have year until economic collapse.
Remember when the Lame Cherry informed you at the beginning of Donald the deserter Trump's era, that if the United States made peace with Russia that 90% of American problems would disappear?

We are about to enter into the worst gas prices ever this Thanksgiving across the United States. People can not afford turkeys. The carpet is being rolled up on Americans and in this Dictator Biden instead of making peace in Ukraine is joining ex president George W. Bush for calls for war in Ukraine.
