Most of what the prognosticators base stuff on in common sense. Add a few statistics and you can figure where the projections are and get the conclusions.
Am ready for a change. Like to see how that cartel gets things all ordered up or try to with God being the ordering force. I do think though that those people who think they got the cat by the balls are going to get surprised when they find out they got it by the short and curlies.
