I am typing his in December 2022 and was looking at the long range weather predictions and see something building over Texas in abnormal drought.
I have not inquired on this, but can tell you that even the super cold storms HAARP generated, the Brier skies were spring blue. That is pretty. It means warmth which is normal in a drought cycle.
If a Hi pressure dome builds over the American southwest, then expect a great deal of heat and no precipitation over most of the 2/3rds of America from the west.
HAARP can generate super storms that bust against real Nature, but HAARP can not stop normal trends with all their spraying and manipulations.
I do not see the Weather Mods being able to repeat the super storms to cause any super cold as in the 20 below range. The medium appeared to be around 10 below. Their precip content was also quite dry.
This is not a challenge to the Weather Mods nor cartel. This is the reality that their models have reached a maximum and that the normal cycles of the earth in drought and flood have moved to the drought. There is an imbalance which builds in cycles if the mods keep super storms, as there is only so much water the atmosphere can carry and only so much shift which can take place, before a balance swings back.
I expect arid and warm is building in.
