The Lame Cherry tends to only feature HAARP things that are really out of the norm, because I have seen most things, but the Weather Mods are still up to things.
In the latest HAARP weather bomb, no one paid a great deal of attention, as it was so localized which is odd for HAARP. This time as near as I can figure what these demoniacs are up to, is there appears to be a pattern of resupplying the snow aquifers of America. California is being hit a great deal, and this moves into Colorado where the watershed flows from. This HAARP storm though this time was different in it struck and area I will illustrate with quite a nasty storm.
This of course is not important to you as it is Minnesota. Yet HAARP is very interested in Minnesota. We know this by the below GIF which began as a torn rag set of weather that moved out of Colorado, into SouthDakota and Nebraska. Iowa was getting mostly rain and some ice. Then this thing started to rotate and into the second day, you can see where it is parked, over the Twin Cities.
This was over a foot of snow and a half inch of ice in temperatures in the teens. HAARP is focused on Minneapolis in not moving this Lo pressure from there for over 24 hours.
The answer is meet you on the other side.
There is one thing in this region which would matter in this storm dumping moisture. That is the Mississippi River. You must understand that the Mississippi is a huge system that is the Missouri River out to the Rockies. HAARP needs to fill those rivers up, because everything is dry. So it can not dump snow in Montana and expect it to make it to the barge traffic in Illinois. Thus this storm was designed to increase flow from the headwaters, and that includes the Platte in Nebraska, the little streams in Iowa, and the Mississippi. Enough snow was for the first time dumped in southern South Dakota to fill the lower Missouri.
There are revelations in this that the geniuses who conduct these weather bombs are just ignorant. The Thanksgiving storms dumped over 3 feet of snow in North Dakota by Fargo. That water is worthless to America, because it flows into Canada by the Red River.
Yet the geniuses keep pounding the Dakotas and Nebraska where it does absolutely not any good. Where these weather bombs should be driven to is not Minnesota, but should be directed to dump snow in the Rockies, then move out of Colorado, into Kansas, and then up to Illinois. There are enough springs on the upper Mississippi to keep it topped off.
The cartel is not getting it's money's worth and they are being mislead by these Weather Mods, like they are mislead in just about every expert who has a scheme for Klaus Schwab to blovenate over.
Here this is the perpetual storm track that HAARP should generate, summer, winter, autumn and spring. This will fill all of the major river systems that matter and not waste resources. HAARP will not have to create these super storms that everyone notices which have proven a waste.
Just wet the grounds in the autumn, wait until it is naturally cool in the north in January so there is not any need for creating "Polar Vortexes" and then push in normal systems into this slot every 10 days, and it will snow there, and fill up the Colorado, Canadian, Kansas, Platte, Mississippi and Ohio drainages for all the water they lust for.
If they want to concentrate, do what is being done in Minneapolis in park a Low pressure over Kansas City, Peoria or Cleveland for 36 hours and drop a few feet of snow there.
Without even wasting the resources, there will be typical systems that will fill the Montana, Arizona and Texas systems. The South gets Gulf moisture in due season, so that solves all of this waste.
Where they have been hitting with waste has been benefiting those Christians in giving them water for decades. In the big scheme they should be dry from the Rockies to Minnesota, as that is the Great American Desert and cactus does grow there.
That is about all I am going to help the cartel in this as I have not sold my soul and am not being paid. The cartel has so many intelligent lords and priests, but the data they are being given by these experts is just foolish. It is like listening to Neocons.
Anyway that is HAARP in Marxisota, giving frostbite to little girls cheerleading another losing season.
