There is not any way the earth's atmosphere can release as much energy on the United States has been released since Thanksgiving in the start of the super storms which have deluged America. This has all been compounded as cartel programs advanced under Birther Hussein had rape the environment to move people off the land. The deliberate drying out of California to end the truck market business which is worth billions of dollars is what started this and peaked last year, was compounded by the drought on the Colorado River.
HAARP can modify weather. It can not change a drought into a wet cycle. HAARP can unleash super storms that do more damage than good. The Brier had one of those 500 year floods last year, but the problem is these floods keep appearing regular all over America. I witnessed rivers in fields and water across our roads that never had water. It was an amazing display with just 13 inches of rain. We do not have that kind of rain ever as we are not hurricane prone. The point is that this is all HAARP can do.
The reason they call these HAARP bombs is because these are destructive forces which are out of control of those who create them. Yes California will get reservoirs full, but the costs, death and damage will far out exceed the drinking water which this is all designed to thirst people into submission.
There simply is not enough water for electricity, irrigation and drinking.
This storm track will take it across the southern United States. That is on the heels of the Minneapolis weather bomb, which was preceded by the Christmas super weather bomb, which was preceded by a central plains weather bomb, which was preceded by the Thanksgiving weather bomb, which was preceded by the Manitoba cold sink, which was preceded by the Stratospheric cold sink. (England is said to be one of those candidates again as England has to get forced back into the Union, so it can destroy it.)
Somewhere in this, there is something brewing around January 17th in another weather bomb. The cartel has out of control Weather Mods as they are dumping so much of this chem snow that it takes around 50 degrees to melt it. It is going to delay spring planting and the flooding is going to be more than these rivers which are supposed to be filling can handle.
It is impossible to saturate soil with snow. Snow runs off. It does not any good for farming moisture. All this should do is compound the drought even further as the atmosphere only has so much rain in it. The alternative is more super storms which just wash out crops and destroy more in property.
