There is absolutely nothing moderate about Weather Modification in HAARP. There have been nohting but "We have never seen this weather bombs" for years to deluges of snow, ice and rain.
The Lame Cherry is going to share what HAARP is engaged in, after it washes California off the map in filling up the water reservoirs for another week.
What is going to be created is a Hi Pressure Ridge along the North American Pacific Coast. In conjunction to this a Trough will appear in the Mississippi River Valley. Things will kind of stalemate at that point as the West will go into a drought cycle, as all of these super Lo Pressure systems being generated out of China will end.
It is difficult to explain sometimes the establishment in their terms. Their idea of "Central" is the Mississippi River. The Great Plains are always referred to by that name. As the Great Plains are central, but have been having Canadian cold for months, they could care less about some Canadian air as it is all the same. What is being referred to then, is the warm Midwest and Mid South, they will be the ones experiencing this nominal chill of the 20 degree range.
China looks to be with Mongolia really weakening in cold air as this moves into the first part of February. What is probably going to build in, for North America is a dry weather pattern for February as has been the case for the past number of years. HAARP fills the snow pack, and once that is complete, there is just a kind of crappy spring for most people.

Meanwhile, in the eastern half of the nation, an upper-level trough of low pressure is likely to develop at about the same time the ridging pops up in the western part of the US and Canada. With the combination of the western US/Canada ridging and trough over the central/eastern US, the upper-level wind flow later this month will be much more conducive to transporting cold air masses from Canada into the eastern half of the nation. This potential change to the overall temperature pattern should also raise the chances for snow in the central and eastern US…largely non-existent in recent weeks.
I don't know if the Weather Mods will be execute by the cartel for all their voodoo screw ups, but the initial appearance seems to be projecting that a dry weather pattern is going to appear in this normal drought cycle and carry into spring. That is not to say they can not still build more weather bombs. It simply is highlighting that there was no enough cold weather to go around to Europe to hold up Putin and overthrow Europe and bleed America of heating funds. For those who hate snow, the main point in this is........when it warms up, it stops snowing and you do not have to shovel rain.
If you, which you have not, have been marking the icing locations in the Midwest, there have been a number of events in the 20 degree Great Plains, meaning the atmosphere is so warm, that even cold air is not affecting it from HAARP. The short is, the skies are spring blue in winter and the world is only a few degrees away from having rain, instead of snow for the rest of this "winter". The amount of hoar frost and fog has been immense in the region, again warm atmosphere and blowing cold air onto it, is causing this problem.
Just giving you a heads up on this. This is nothing serious in what is being done, as this is not cold weather. People in the east will whine about it, but they think cold is 50 degrees. They will not like 20 degrees, and increased chances of snow, but as the Lame Cherry has stated, "East of Mississippi is where the money is for home heating as there are no people West of the Mississippi". So it only makes sense to harvest the revenue from where the people are.
I never have understood pounding the Bajesus out of Nebraska as no one lives there. It drives the Mexicans back to Texas. That has always been the outstanding fault of the Weather Mods, they should have always built storms for the Mississippi Valley, and forgot about the Great Plains. They still do not have it quite right in this pattern, but it certainly is a better use of resources.
