I found a link on Rense, from Rand Corp about avoiding a long war in Ukraine. You can read the file here if you like, as it was interesting how vacuous it was. I will provide an example of this white paper speak.
According to the authors, Ukraine is having wonderful success at winning against Russia. The example was Ukraine pushing back the Russian lines in a counter offensive of late 2022 AD in the year of our Lord.
OK, if you have read Scott Ritter's assessment and others, one discovers that the first time the Ukrainian Nazis "drove" Russia back, it was not Russian regulars, but border guards and police. The second instance of NATO using satellite technology to find gaps in the Russian lines, was Russia having relied on militias and Wagner Group, returned to sound military doctrine, meaning take position, fortify position, and have adequate firepower to hold that position. Russia was unprepared in the launch of the Putin Offensive to liberate Donbass and save Russians from Kiev liquidation, in why they kept utilizing feints, withdrawals and regrouping of forces.
That has all changed now, as the conscripts which fought very well, have been joined by regular army, who are complete as fighting units and their commanders adhere to sound military doctrine.
So when you read the Rand Corp White Paper on the long war in Ukraine, it is baffling how absolutely uninformed it is, as I had always believed that Rand was top of the mental order.
The nice girl below is the authorette of the paper with Samuel Charap from Oxford....that would be England, that would be MI6, which makes a great deal of sense in Russiagate originated from London and so did Ukraine as an intelligence operation to bring the United States to heel as a colony for King and Country again.

What caught my attention in this was what the skirt is in charge of. We have all heard of the Rhodes Great Game India, well there apparently is something called US GRAND STRATEGY. In assessing what America has been led around by in Neocon and Obamacons, the strategy is to erase Americans, replaced Americans, and accomplish this by inflation and the police state denying rights to normal people.
For some reason the skirt and the MI6 guy on Ukraine somehow missed that the Ukrainians in power, are the Nazi allies of Adolf Hitler, who hated Russia, but America loved the Soviets and hated Germans......until after the war where America exterminated Germans in concentration camps, and then they hated Russians for MI6 profits, and the CIA hired the Ukrainian Nazi to make war on the Soviets. They were put into prison and then released, and became the CIA's fifth column again until Victoria Nuland installed John the hero McCain's Nazi's into the presidency of Kiev.
The reason all of this matters is the Nazi's were hired to sucker Russia into another Afghanistan War whereby Russia would lose, be broken up and then be at war with the other federation states, whereby the same financiers who hired the skirt, will exploit and enslave all these peoples by stealing their resources.
So I have no idea really if this girl is this flat brain or she actually believes this stuff, a sort of historical record of a mass murdering cartel where America is just skipping down the lane and had no part in instigating any of the attacks from Pearl Harbor or 9 11.
I do invite you to read the 20 odd pages this genius put her name on written in the name of Oxford as then you can compare what goes on here which you are not donating for, and then read the nonsense that the cartel pays for to mindfuk you.

It is apparent that MIT and Princeton do not require a minor in economic sciences to be awarded a degree in political theory.
