In Senate hearings on Ukraine, Paul asked the woman who overthrew the legitimately elected government of Ukraine, the woke Victoria Nuland, responded with an answer that was delusional and as much from a psychotic as it was not logical in the least.
Asked if sanctions should be lifted on Russia, Nuland stated like Anthony Blinken her Rainbow boss, that Russia must quit Ukraine, abandon Russians there and hand over all the Russian states which is now under Moscow's governance. This would be like the United States surrendering to Mexico and handing Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California and Colorado over to Mexico City.
Nuland then veered into her judgment that Russia President Vladimir Putin is a "war criminal". The British thought the same thing of George Washington fighting for America. The point is moot, but the reality is, Nuland was offering with Rand Paul to lift sanctions on a nation (which might help American commerce) led by a war criminal who should be shot or hung at Nuremberg.
That is just a little Nuland delusion and psychotic.

She added that in her opinion Russian President Vladimir Putin is guilty of war crimes.
During the hearing on the ongoing conflict, Nuland said she believed Ukraine could defeat Russia, noting that “Ukraine will define what winning is.”
As the Lame Cherry highlighted the pertinent part in this, Nuland believes that Ukraine will defeat Russia. The CIA and MI6 Nazi there have spent billions while American go hungry and are cold, and have lost every battle. They have 150,000 dead under the butcher Zellinskyy, their military has had everything destroyed. They are not a fighting force. Never mind though for the moment that Nuland is delusional, focus on what she said...........
Ukraine will define what winning is.
If you are unwoke, you will wonder what the hell that means. The Lame Cherry will translate. Just as wokeism has children identifying as cats, winning under Bidencon will be allot like Obama was really Constitutionally qualified to be president by being a birther.
What Nuland woke speak is saying is, "Ukraine is already won. It does not matter if the whole country is scorched earth, that every Slav is holocausted, that the refugees are working in whorehouses in Tel Aviv, because the definition of victory will be............everyone is dead Dave, but we stood against Russia.
That is not what victory is, or America won in Vietnam and Afghanistan and Adolf Hitler defeated America like the Kaiser in two world wars.
What Nuland said makes absolutely no sense, unless you are delusional.
There is one fact though in this, which decides all of this, and that is Russia has no doubt about what victory is, and Russian victory in Ukraine will look like what victory looks like.
Woke Rand Paul sat there and never challenged any of this nuttery.
This is what is American diplomacy now and it will finish to the great harm of the United States.
