Here is an enigma. In a story posted about this, Kristi Noem is praised. If you read the link though there is something of a riddle in this, wrapped up in the pedo protecting governor.

Now here is the question, the bill was going to BAN e coins from the legal definition of legal money, because they are not legal tender. So Noem is being praised for a veto which leaves open the door for e coin to be legal tender, that means replacing the dollar.
Now DIA Tucker Carlson who hated Noem is featuring her again, as both are crowing about how this veto is not what she says it is.
