As a Republican, the Lame Cherry has a huge problem with foreign interference and manipulation of any political officials. I agree with the Founders that no America is to ever receive a knightship or honor from a foreign government
So when this GOPliter Ron DeSantis of Florida comes up with his version of Patriot Act, in a "hate speech" bill (There is no such thing in a free society as hate speech. There is only FREE SPEECH) which the infringement on the First Amendment is not defined, and it is open to the interpretation of the thin skin who is offended, we have the same bullshit as on Jan6 where people are charged with these non defined laws which are written so broad as to criminalize Americans
What is worse is DeSantis traveled to a foreign country to sign a bill into law which criminalizes people in Florida for taking. The nation happens to be the state of Israel, but ask yourself if Ron DeSantis flew off to Poland and signed a bill criminalizing Americans, and throwing them into prison for 5 years for telling Polack jokes as hate speech, would you conclude this was unConstitutional as to where are your boundaries in what your Rights are?

Proponents of the measure have made it clear that the intent of the new law is to criminalize free speech.
“If you go on private property, which is what we’re seeing, and drop off hateful literature targeting someone for their religion, it’s a felony. If you get up in somebody’s face with a bullhorn and start screaming anti-Semitic remarks to them, it’s felony stalking. So we’re really looking forward to this,” Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood said.
Chitwood also made it clear that this law is designed as an attack against President Trump, implying that his supporters are members of hate groups, a talking point popularized by far-left thought control organizations like the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
“You cannot be coddling and cozying up to these far extreme groups that want to destroy America,” Chitwood said in a message to President Trump.
Gab founder Andrew Torba believes that support of HB 269 and going out of his way to sign the measure in a foreign nation shows that DeSantis is not an America First leader.
“The fact that Governor DeSantis flew to a foreign country to sign both of these bills is absurd. Florida is a state in the United States, and its laws should be signed within the state’s borders. The reality that Gov. DeSantis chose to sign these bills in Israel, a foreign country, raises serious questions about his priorities and commitment to upholding the Constitution for the citizens of the United States and his state of Florida,” Torba said.
“We must be willing to engage in open dialogue with those who hold different views, and to stand up for our rights even when it is uncomfortable or unpopular to do so,” he added.

Imagine for a moment is the skirt Governor of New York, jetted off to Moscow to sign a bill into law, just as Ron DeSantis had done. The New York law though would be broad like Florida, but aimed at Russophobes. Would it be proper then for the State of New York to send out a SWAT team to blast through Sean homo Hannity's door as Hannity had advocated threatening Russians with nukes and wanted someone to assassinate Vladimir Putin. That is quite violent, quite direct, quite in any Russian's face.

What Ron DeSantis just accomplished is making a thought, a word, a piece of paper a crime. It is like James Comey having clairvoyance on what was Hillary Clinton's intent. America is a land where INTENT is not a crime. It has been made a crime in the unConstitutional laws which protect the President. That has led to this DeSantis illegal infringement against American Rights in making not an ACTION a crime, but something a person thought or said is a crime. See it is supposed to be a VIOLENT ACT which is a crime. Murder, Rape, Assault, Stealing and that includes Lying to the Court are all actions with intent to injure. INJURY is what a felony is about. It is the old American adage which law was based in, Stick and stones may break my bones, but names will never harm me.
Ron DeSantis and this foreign Jewish mafia have altered American Law. It is a Constitutional protection to hand out Jehovah's Witness fliers that irritate everyone. It is not a felony of 5 years in prison in attacking other religions which all know that Jehovah's Witnesses are all deluded loons.
The Supreme Court should strike down this Florida Law, just as the "threat laws" which throw people in jail for saying they want to harm a President. By all means put people who threaten the President on watch lists, but unless there is an action which is a crime, they do not belong in jail for this "terrorizing" charge.
Freedom is something which is only freedom when there is harm done on occasion due to the abuse of that liberty. You do not ban guns, because some people misuse firearms. You do not ban religion when Muslims shoot up crowds. You do not ban speech, because someone has a blow horn saying things.
Ron DeSantis is a horrid politician and he should be thrown out of the Republican party for involving foreign nations in American law. The Lame Cherry asks these questions for examples in the blow horn incidents.............is it a felony if a Christian Jew has a blow horn and demands to know why Christians are disenfranchised in the state of Israel?
If an American Philistine has a blow horn and is aiming it at Jews in demanding Tel Aviv stop occupying their lands, is that a hate crime?

Is it hate speech if the families of the USS Liberty using a blow horn demand reparations for the murder and harm to US Sailors by the state of Israel when Tel Aviv blew up that American ship to silence it?

No Republican would ever take away an American's Rights and no Republican would ever go to a foreign nation to sign a law criminalizing Americans.
I will never support nor vote for Ron DeSantis because Republicanism is not Internationalism.
