The Brand of Justice and the Name Brand

In America Justice has spoken in New Mexico, but it remains to be seen whether as in the Rodney King situation that the federal government under Attorney General Merrick Garland will file Civil Rights charges against Alec Baldwin over the death and injury to two people.
Mr. Baldwin not be charged in New Mexico for shooting two people, as it seems New Mexico views Alec Baldwin as he defined himself, a victim like the people he shot.

It seems we have an America where shooters like those who shot children in a Tennessee Christian school, the shooter of Ashli Babbitt, and Alec Baldwin are all the victims in this.

What is something the Lame Cherry in forensic psychology is having an impasse in analyzing is what kind of investment Alec Baldwin has emotionally in this movie "Rust", to join himself to this festering sore. Put yourself in Baldwin's place psychologically, if you were part of some tragic event where people were killed or almost killed, would you not cringe at the idea of visiting the scene again or be repelled from wanting to revisit such a painful and horrid memory.

We have all seen the photo of Baldwin on the phone pacing as if he was in great emotional distress. That photo does not match the profile though of what is manifesting now with Mr. Baldwin.

What was "normal" was the flight of Mr. Baldwin, fleeing the set due to trauma, and fright in blaming everyone, but himself for this event.

It would be "normal" in this abnormal era, to not want to re establish connection with this event. Namely, Mr. Baldwin has a history of antagonizing half the political population and revenue. As Bud Lite is learning, doing that is an unemployment reality. Disney has discovered this, but has the backing to continue with it's sexual deviant promotion. It is destroying the Disney brand though by association.

In this Mr. Baldwin has double downed. He is filming again on a movie, which no one would have watched in the first place. Now it is a movie that no one will watch who does not have psychological manifestations. This movie will forever be the move no one watches, but is known as the movie that Alec Baldwin shot people on. History has shown that no one likes to watch movies that actors die on or are associated with tragedy. Rust is such a pariah film.

The triple down on this is for another psychological labyrinth Alec Baldwin has hired a Kennedy woman to make a documentary of the finishing of Rust. This manifestation by Baldwin is a psychological plea, consider this Mr. Baldwin's way of producing a Court of Alec Opinion to convince everyone he is the victim and vindicate himself and his  career.

I have empathy for Alec Baldwin, because this is extreme behavior as normal people would not engage in this. This kind of trauma they would accept in shame and hope that people would forget,  to not keep reminding people of the event. It is so important to Mr. Baldwin to maintain his public image and work, that he was moved to document this and this Kennedy woman is so allied to Mr. Baldwin in the liberal message, that she is joining herself to this mock trial of Alec Opinion.

It will be fascinating to study who signs onto this in liberal circles. What kind of psychological taint has infected this group, as we have witnessed some very bizarre fixations from celebrities in Jim Carey for example in his Trump "artwork".

It appears that the worst thing New Mexico could have done is what Alec Baldwin said he wanted, to not be charged. Mr. Baldwin is now forced to produce a trial with a female who is advocating for him. For Mr. Baldwin's sake, New Mexico should have been charged, so a jury or judge could have acquitted or convicted him in the secular world. Now Mr. Baldwin has to revisit the scene of the crime and fund a trial of his own making for a people he wants to convince.

As I stated, I have empathy for Mr. Baldwin. He is a passionate advocate for liberal issues. His wife had a meltdown with the press. This is affecting his children and they do love their father. Mr. Baldwin's brother Billy was making a joke of it in attack politics which was not of any brotherly love for Mr. Baldwin.

None of the Baldwin's will ever be able to leave this behind them now. It will only become worse in this documentary. It will be mocked and ridiculed.

I will offer no advice for Mr. Baldwin which would be spin to put this behind him and the public. He has made his decision to pick this scab off and attempt to heal a scar which will not heal.

Humans should not have to go through trauma like this, but life is full of accidents and actions, intentional and not, which scar all of us. We all carry things inside of us, but fortunately all of our regrets are not on a national stage.

Personally, the man who murdered my sister, decades ago, appeared in the press a few years ago, blaming other things for his conversion to a higher understanding.........he never mentioned my sister. That reality is still haunting him every moment. It will haunt Alec Baldwin in the same way.
