These are just some thoughts.
I was wondering why demons never rise up and depose satan, as it was a horrid leader which failed and the answer is castes or orders, as St. Paul stated principalities and powers, demons in high places.
Lucifer was an archangel. An outstandingly and beautiful creation. We know that Angels have human forms, and we know that Seraphims are multi forms in having animal faces and bodies and wheels they move upon.
The Prophet Ezekiel in image likens the King of Tyre to Lucifer, an outstandingly star of the morning creation in splendor.

Chapter 2811Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 12“Son of man, take up a lament for the king of Tyre and tell him that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. 13You were in Eden, the garden of God. Every kind of precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, and diamond, beryl, onyx, and jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and emerald. Your mountings and settings were crafted in gold, prepared on the day of your creation.…
It would appear from the Biblical descriptions that Lucifer was a reptile in creation. I know people recoil from snakes, but this was the image it is described at, not having human form, although there is reference to it as an "Angel of Light". That could mean that it can change forms, to human, from reptilian.
As all the "aliens" speak of reptilian leadership, the Lame Cherry concludes that the demonic leadership, was an entire caste, and order like Holy Angels. which like royal persons are set in place and no one of lesser place can move them out. That is what caste is, and it seems why satan is not overthrown, even by powerful demons, abaddon is mentioned in The Revelation of Jesus the Christ from the bottomless pit, called the destroyer.
It would be a conclusion that satan is a reptile. The 1/3rd of the Angels who fell away with satan, were in majority reptilian or answering to that caste.
Genesis 3:1
Now the serpent was more crafty (subtle, skilled in deceit) than any living creature of the field which the LORD God had made. And the serpent (Satan) said to the woman, “Can it really be that God has said, ‘You shall not eat from any tree of the garden’?”
This is not to say that all are serpentine, but it is reasonable to conclude this is the order of the demons.
There is image in all of this. The sons of God were White in the Bible. Laban who was Jacob's father in law, was White as that is what laban means. The image was God is Light, so His children were more fair.
The Lame Cherry returns to the exclusive in God or Christ made all things, including Angels in their orders. It is a conclusion that the God looking Angels stayed loyal to God, meaning the Angels that looked human, as God recreated people to look like Him.
This other order though of satan was wise and beautiful, but entrapped themselves into thoughts fixated on how pretty they were and how much they thought they knew. God did design them this way for purpose in His recreating Himself, as the Lame Cherry has written that it was an event the day that God with His own hands, formed man out of clay. The Apostles note that Holy Angels were inquisitive over this redemption of mankind in looking into it. As the Lame Cherry has stated, imagine if you and your order of pretty things, that thinks you are heir to the throne, actually are covering Angles for that glorious Throne of the Lord, and as you are all so self absorbed, that you discover one day, these two legged things, that look like God are like animals are on earth. You see that God has planted a garden for them, to nurture them, and they are going to do something which you can not do in all of your power, in they can reproduce themselves. God is reproducing Himself. The realization comes that more of these creatures are going to appear who look like God, not reptiles, and they are going to be the ones by the Throne of God and not you.
That is when iniquity was cemented into demons and the battle broke out. The lines were drawn. Life and Completion on God's Way, and destruction and chaos on the adversary's side, with all of it's rot and decay entering the earth, once Eve and Adam ate that fruit and understood. The process of Redemption had begun in the Promise.
Revelation 12:9
And the great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
Revelation 12:15
Then from the mouth of the serpent spewed water like a river to overtake the woman and sweep her away in the torrent.
Revelation 20:2
He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years
demons by my experience have many destructive influences against humans, from biting cheeks, to falling down, to breaking things, to murdering animals, to violence, to sex, to pleasure, to gifts, to information. As there is a way into a human to tempt them, this order has programmed, seeming one dimensional demons who carry out that attack blindly. they are eternal so there is not fear of death or pain, only torment, so there is not reasoning in numbers of demons, just direct attack action, as in a computer program.
Are all demons reptile? That would not appear so. Ragged black rag mists, to slime tree frog looking human mutants, to things that climb walls, to even Angel of Light deceptions. It would seem in the chose familiars, that goats, cats and jackals have an appearance in this, along with predatory insects.
It is this caste though of the 1/3rd which are always moving on the undisciplined to bring them to self destruction.
Do not become enamored of this subject nor allow it if it has to thrill you to indulge more, or you will be caught in this looking at the darkness to your hurt and perhaps destruction. Look to God alone and focus upon the Light.
