Do you know what happens to a body and bone structure when it gets that large? Well what do you think would happen to your heart if it had to pump blood 10 times harder? It would explode. In nature, everything has a break point. A mountain can only be so tall or it collapses. A physical tissue body would not function on a planet 20 times heavier. The tissue and bone would break down.
