I had thought that this was a done deal, as this rape of the atmosphere was a done deal, in getting subsidies to put carbon into the ground and then make you pay for hydrogen processed from it, so the catel could destroy the gas industry and then have complete monopoly control over the only fuel you could get in vapors in explosive hydrogen gas.
