Yes this should be a lesson in how self destructive nations are in you have children destroying other people's property, which all of us end up paying for in insurance and replacement costs which are passed onto us.
The scavengers are selling the best America has to enemies. Same thing happened in World War II when the Japanese returned out salvage picking in bombs for 4 years in slaughtering Americans.
This boy is ours for 200 dollars due to all the problems inflicted upon him. I have no idea all what ails him, but he is a GMC 5500 and is part of the reason non donors are forcing me to salvage junk like this, because they do not donate.
I have hopes which I will know by the time you read this, as I'm writing this on Memorial Day, and in the process of having this big guy towed home. I hope he starts as I will put him to mild work that he is more than able to deal with.
I have never figured people out in farmers buy big tractors with loaders, instead of payloaders which would make the job easy. They buy one ton pick ups, when a 2 ton plus boy like this one would not even notice a trailer hooked up to it. This truck is 4 times the pick up that a half ton pick up is. Most of these boys were junked and sent to China as American farmers needed semis as they were all told to get the tractors and trailers for several hundred thousand dollars, that they only run maybe 14 days out of the year. A complete waste of money, but farmers are the dumbest posts on the planet, just like most people now.
I have no idea what all I have to do to this boy yet. The key might be missing. I know the radiator is scrap in China. I know it needs all new windows and mirrors. Other than that it was running not that many years ago, an a battery was still under the hood. I doubt it was not working when the company parked it. It was just they were done with hauling and left it set and it set some more and I see that licenses were 350 bucks for it, so why license something that is not necessary, so it sat like this in the middle of nowhere, me wanting it due to non donors and vile children and criminals picking it apart.
I just figure it will run. It comes from an age when people used to leave junked shit in their trees of 20 years, someone came along, put in a battery, some gas, filled it up with water, and away they drove their new prize. That is just the way it was. This thing burned lead fuel, so it had lubrication in them valves and pistons so things did not set up.
It is just another sigh moment to get through with the Lord. I will smile when Sad Boy is Happy Boy and is running and I can do all sorts of things to him to make him a happy camper again.
Well time to wind this up as my time in money and chattering on this is costing me money.
