The hint in this is what Hal Turner mentioned in these banks are all linked into FedNow, that is the cyber coin exchange. Something in the programming is putting an automatic non transfer as this new integrated system is not operationally correct.
Why anyone would still have money in Citibank, Wells Fargo, Chase etc... knowing what is taking place is just .........well what it is. I have no idea if any bank is safe, but I want something that is close enough I can see it.
So this is not a hack, not Chinamen, but the people who pirated the codex and now the system is not talking to itself.
That is what instinct would tell me is the problem. I have to go spend more money I don't want to, to pay for things I did not expect in getting prep ready.
