Russia has moved to load and test it's formidable nuclear arsenal aimed at the United States. In the first of it's kind, it's hypersonic cruise warheads are being loaded and a test firing of their Satan II over the South Pole is in the implementation phase.
The United States has no known (Star Wars does exist as do space forces) to counter a South Pole strike on the United States. This is the ante up phase. Russia is telling America, "We are not going to be put off by more genocide in the Mideast, next time. We are not going to be bluffed with F 35 suicide nuclear strikes. We are not going to be sucked into a Baltic War to save Kaliningrad. This time we have our nuclear arsenal loaded and we will fire in retaliation."
The world has changed. For the ignorant, this is not the Cuban Missile Crisis in the Soviets responding to American missiles in Turkey. This DC war against the Kremlin and what Moscow is responding with is deployment of missiles that make the Cuban missiles look like firecrackers. Russia will either annex Ukraine and end Kiev, end the holocaust in the Mideast, or the next phase will be nuclear warheads in America. That is what Russia is intimidating with. Meanwhile, Russia is preparing to test its largest nuclear missile, the Satan 2, which is as tall as a 14-story apartment building, with a flight over the South Pole, state media revealed before the news was quickly censored.

The hypersonic missile is designed to strike the West by flying over the North or South Pole, making it impossible to intercept by existing air defense systems.
