Private Sneeden provides and interesting look at what the Civil War was at it's base level. It was one of groups and individuals trying to survive and whether it was John Mosby stealing Union mules or Private Sneeden taking 1 dollar Yankee script and making it into 10's and 100's to be passed to the guards at night so they could not be detected in exchange for food, it was the reality that someone was left holding the bill, for counterfeit bills.
Sneeden once was asked to reproduce passes with Confederate authorization which he created. He did that, men escaped, one man was captured and the Commandant, named Wirz, sent in spies to the camp at Andersonville to find the counterfeiter who would then be shot. Sneeden hid, the Soldier with the pass did not divulge his name and Sneeden lived, but in what is coming from "aps" which are going to be used to scam the system as they are now with these infamous 'coupon codes' which do not work by the time we try and use them, our world is going to be one of fraud. People will be hunted down for defrauding their sect of government in trying to survive and people be shot when they are passing bills which are counterfeit as people in the black market are going to be furious at your stealing from them.
I believe it was Jimmy Hoffa's strong man who was part of an operation which had fake ATF liquor tax seals which were being sold and made a great sum of money while it lasted. There is always the problem with all of this "e coin" that if the internet disappears all of those swipe accounts are going to be gone. Someone is going to have to have some kind of hard ticket item which can be exchanged, no matter the controllers trying to control everyone with e currency. You can steal elections with electronics, but that is pure mess as crooked people are crooked and engage in their own revenue assistance. Someday you are going to hear about a pile of dead Mexicans found in some pit, and that some wokester in a metro, has their 1000 SNAP cards, and has been buying up truckloads of food, and exchanging it for gold and silver from the mafia which will barter it for their own printed counterfeit dollars as Americans will gladly have intercourse with things they can hold, even if it is fraud, for empty e accounts and blank screens.
There simply are not enough police bodies to fight the Chinaman 5th column, Mexican looters, the Black Market and Americans being Americans. This e coin is going to be the greatest criminal enterprise in the world even with the anti Christ in his mark of the beast scanning people.
This is short, but it is meant to be, so you understand what is reality. There is not going to be any bartering. People who have things and tell others they have things will get murdered for it and their stuff will pass freely to others. It will be armed exchanges of currency which is accepted. I would consider that while it may take a days wages to buy a loaf of bread, those wages are electronic or worthless...........the old Abe Lincoln penny just might have a value of 10 dollars per penny in this new world of exchange.
