I dislike collateral damage. That is a term which is an excuse for inhuman misbehavior of inhumane behaviors being engaged in.
To understand the following story, Grubber Zellinskyy of Ukraine has been engaged in genocide against Slavs. It is mass murder, no matter what the District of Criminals is propagandizing. Kiev fits into Tel Aviv as Tel Aviv fits into the holocaust of Gaza. It is all state sponsored war crimes against humanity, no matter how big America's nuclear bombs, Star Wars and police state declares otherwise.
The Grubber employs ruthless people to hunt Ukrainians down and in the case of Ukrainian Intelligence, they have a leader who has engaged in state sponsored terrorism is assassinating Russian civilians, namely women.
Something though is happening in Kiev which commands attention now and it centers on the wife of Ukrainian Intelligence having been poisoned. As I stated, I do not like collateral damage, but this poisoning exposes a much more definitive moment in this war. Moscow does not want this Grubber dead, never did, or he would be dead. He is an anathema to civilized people. Europeans detest this dwarf and Americans have woke up to what a gutter inhabitant he is.
Russia has picked off key Ukrainian military and NATO targets, but it has left the Nazi structure intact, until now. In the below quotes you will read how Marianna Budanov, was heavy metal poisoned ,but not just herself. She was poisoned along with other Ukrainian intelligence. She is being treated, and will survive and that says a great deal in this, as this is signature of the Russian FSB. In translation, they desire for her husband, Kyrylo Budanov to know that the FSB can assassinate him, and all of the Ukrainian intelligence at any time. Moscow has a history of being lethal in the extreme and only acting to get it's target precisely. This was a shake up warning, to Zellinskyy that his supporting caste of mass murderers can be eliminated at any time. They keep threatening to assassinate President Putin and the FSB will neutralize targets near and dear to those in power to make a point.
The point in this is simple. Kyrylo Budanov has murdered innocent Russian women, the family of Russian leaders, and now the message is, "Moscow can do the same, but did not this time, to let you twist in the wind, because the day is coming when the FSB does not execute you in Kiev, but Moscow will drag you to Russia and hang you in humiliation there"

Ukraine's Babel news site wrote that Budanova received treatment in the hospital, based on a source that she did not give her name. Ukraine's public broadcaster Suspilne, Ukrainska Pravda and RBC Ukraina also shared information that Budanova had been poisoned. According to Ukrainska Pravda, the intelligence chief is focusing on the possibility that his wife may have been poisoned by mixing poison into his food. The news also included the claim that other GUR members were also poisoned.
ARREST FOR 'TERRORIST' CRIMES AGAINST RUSSIA
The name Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukraine's military intelligence organization GUR, has been heard through covert operations against Russia in the ongoing war since February 24, 2022. According to Russian media reports, Budanov, who is said to be the 'mind' behind the attacks against Russia, was arrested in absentia in April on charges of 'terror' in Russia. Budanov said earlier that he would continue to kill Russians wherever he is in the world until the complete victory of Ukraine.
As the last bragging statement says it all in Kiev has a policy to murder Russians anywhere around the globe. Russia has remained civilized and not responded in this tit for tat, but what took place with Marianna Budanov is a change in official policy. Kiev's time is short. Russia has broken the Kiev southern front. It will by spring have annexed Odessa. There is a coming time when Moscow will leave no avenue of escape, and that means exile to foreign nations and this entire murderous regime is going to have no where to flee nor hide. Review what Stalin did to Germans after World War II. They mass raped the women and impregnated them. They took the males and put them into salt mines in Siberia to break them. The Russian mind is one of meticulous revenge. They have been bloodied, bullied and humiliated. When the time comes, Russia is going to fillet this regime in Kiev and the first cut was to express the reality that Russia can take out any Ukrainian at any time, and if you think your dear wife is safe, then how was that heavy metal soup which Russia got into the inner sanctum of Ukraine Intelligence, to specifically poison the wife of the leader and the protected operational planners.
The FSB could have put all these Ukrainians on the slab, but they let them live, just to make the point in how helpless they all are and all will be.
Perhaps Marianna Budanov like the widow Zellinskyy will be married off to some oligarch as a trophy, after they present evidence against their spouses and spit at them and say they should be hung. The Russians are a humane people in not just slaughtering people for sport. Women have vaginas and therefore have a purpose, if someone wants them.
As an intelligence analysis of this poisoning, this is much more relevant news than anything which has happened in Ukraine, because it is Moscow's message that it has won and it is going to dictate terms for justice for every murdered Russian, which is where this all started in Moscow has been focused on murdered Russians in Ukraine and stated it will bring everyone responsible to justice.
Marianna Budanov is probably safe now for the rest of her life from the FSB, providing the FSB did not feed her depleted American uranium to make a point.
