He added, “The Yemeni armed forces confirm that the American enemy bears the consequences of this crime and its repercussions, and that its military presence in the Red Sea to protect Israeli ships will not prevent Yemen from performing its religious, moral, and humanitarian duty in support and victory for the oppressed in Palestine and Gaza.”

This is all about projections and the old wisdom if you sting America hard it goes home. 3 US carrier groups are in shallow water, two are pinned into the Mediterranean and one by the Red Sea. 12 missiles would be a Reagan Lebanon disaster if the Yemeni back up their words and if Russia somehow loses missiles to Yemen.

The Ford is not operational and maybe never will be anything but an albatross. This has escalated beyond maritime trade, as the understanding is now that if America is stung, it can not protect the maritime trade, can not protect London or Tel Aviv. That is why this situation is elevated in military targets, multiple American military targets on the seas are the focus of this allied group.
If this resistance can move before the Ford goes blue water, they will strike. That is the logical conclusion.
